Digital electrocardiograph is a kind of high-tech and high-precision medical equipment based on the physiological principle of human body and using advanced electronic technology.The function of digital electrocardiograph is to record and display the electrophysiological signals generated when the heart beats.Doctors can analyze the signal through the waveform shape and the amplitude of ECG and the time of heart beat interval,then the ECG data of corresponding specialties are compared and diagnosed according to different shapes of heart waves.Doctors can master the state of the heart and provide effective theoretical support for subsequent diagnosis.ECG can effectively diagnose arrhythmia,tachycardia,atrial premature beats,ventricular premature beats and other diseases.After years of application and technology accumulation,electrocardiograph has become an indispensable diagnostic equipment for various departments in the hospital,and also a basic examination item for the diagnosis of various diseases.This equipment is one of the medical equipment which has mature diagnosis technology,reliable performance,simple operation,cheap diagnosis and easy to accept by patients.In order to achieve the metrological verification of digital electrocardiograph,our govenment has promulgated the standard of?JJG1041-2008 verification regulation of digital electrocardiographs?to realize the measurement of digital electrocardiographs.The performance of digital electrocardiograph is complex,and there are many testing items.In order to reduce the difficulty of metering and improve the measurement speed effectively,reduce the workload of measurement work to design and manufacture.The design and development of digital electrocardiograph can reduce the workload of measurement.In order to realize the design and development of the digital electrocardiograph calibrator,the work completed in this paper is as follows:First of all,the verification regulation of the digital electrocardiograph is analyzed in depth to determine the performance and functional requirements of the test items to be completed,analyze the technical difficulties of design and production,research and propose the corresponding methods to achieve the measurement function,and complete the design work.First of all,the verification regulation of the digital electrocardiograph is analyzed in depth to determine the performance and functional requirements of the test items to be completed and to analyze the technical difficulties of design and production,then to research and propose the corresponding methods to achieve the measurement function,in the end to complete the design work.Secondly,the detailed schematic diagram and PCB diagram are designed to realize the specific functions of the digital electrocardiograph calibrator,mainly the design work of Da data conversion and signal attenuation.The performance and functions of the measurement items are realized on the hardware circuit,and the hardware part functions are realized by verifying the hardware principle drawing PCB circuit.Finally,the design and implementation of embedded program of the digital electrocardiograph calibrator.Complete the data conversion from the computer output data to the calibrator,realize the control of the digital to analog chip,and output the data needed to be displayed on the electrocardiograph.
