In the power industry,digital multimeters,as an important measurement tool,play an important role in routine maintenance and measurement.In the long-term use process,due to the increase in the number of measurement uses and the natural aging of electronic components,the measurement accuracy of the multimeter is inevitably changed.Therefore,it is necessary to regularly check and calibrate the multimeter to ensure that the electric power worker is measured with a multimeter.The accuracy of the data is guaranteed.The existing digital multimeter verification equipment has a low degree of automation,and cannot fully realize the automatic verification,and is at a semi-automatic level.During the verification process,the staff is required to perform operations such as fixing,pulling out the line,and adjusting the range.Therefore,it is very important to design a device that can realize automatic verification of the digital multimeter.This paper first analyzes the requirements of digital multimeter automatic verification equipment,analyzes relevant literatures and related equipment at home and abroad,summarizes the strengths and weaknesses,and designs a set of digital multimeters according to the actual needs of the project.Fully automatic verification equipment.On the basis of a single digital multimeter verification platform,a digital multimeter verification system is formed online,and a plurality of verification platforms can be used to share the conveyor belt and simultaneously perform a digital multimeter verification operation.The digital multimeter verification platform consists of five functional modules: automatic handling,automatic plugging and unloading line,automatic range adjustment,automatic verification and automatic sorting.The industrial computer is used as the control center of the verification platform,and the digital input and output board and motion are used.The control card and the like control 15 motion actuators to cooperate with each other to complete the mechanical action in the function module.The image of the verified multimeter is acquired by the smart camera,and the image is transmitted back to the computer for recognition reading,and the relevant data is processed and stored in the database.The digital multimeter verification platform can be operated in a single machine,or multiple verifications can be connected to the digital multimeter verification system to work together.The digital multimeter verification system consists of a dispatching computer,two verification platforms,and a smart storage system.The dispatching computer and other part of the control computer are composed.Server/client network structure,coordinated by the scheduling computer to operate the entire system.The operating software of the verification platform and the dispatching computer are written by the C# language,and the design functions are implemented according to the functional modules.Through actual tests,it can be concluded that the digital multimeter verification platform designed by this subject meets the design requirements,the function is normal,and the equipment runs smoothly.During online operation,the intelligent storage system can be docked with the digital multimeter verification platform under the scheduling of the dispatching computer,so that two verification platforms share a single conveyor belt for verification.
