Research On The Reform Of Expressway Management System In Inner Mongolia

With the rapid development of high-speed construction in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,the current lack of management system of the expressway has gradually emerged,it has been difficult to meet the practical requirements of the rapid development of the Inner Mongolia Expressway,and presents many problems.This not only affects the functioning and utilization efficiency of highway services in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.but also hinders the social and economic development of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.Therefore how to further improve the highway management system is gradually becoming an urgent problem to be solved in the development of highways in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.This study uses the literature research method,data research method.and case analysis method based on the current situation of the construction of the highway management system in Inner Mongolia.It conducts an in-depth analysis of the existing problems and causes,and proposes targeted policies to promote Inner Mongolia.The highway management system is improved and developed.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:First,systematically analyze the characteristics,functions,and basis of constituent elements of the highway management system in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,and systematically sort out relevant theoretical studies to provide theoretical support for the construction of highway systems.Second,the status quo of the Inner Mongolia Expressway Management System was analyzed,and the current implementation of the administrative structure based on administrative departments was adjusted to a certain extent.In order to further improve the efficiency of the highway management system in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.it is necessary to carry out unified management of all relevant companies of the highway,and give full play to the relevant functions of the administrative departments and management agencies.Third,detailed analysis of the current status of the expressway management system in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,clarifying the existing problems in the operation,tolling,and maintenance of the expressway,and in-depth analysis of the reasons based on the problems,mainly including backward management concepts,lack of effective review mechanism,Subsidies for system construction efforts,lack of operational theory,etc.Fourth,in order to solve many problems in the current highway management system,and to promote the reform of the highway system in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,it proposes countermeasures in terms of optimizing management institutions,expanding financing channels,strengthening talent development,and informatization.
