Contact lens is a precision ophthalmic treatment tool that can correct vision and improve visual quality.As of 2016,1.1 million people in China have fitted contact lenses,and they are growing at an annual rate of 25% to 30%.The domestic production and use of contact lenses has a history of nearly 40 years,and hygiene standards,materials and production technology have been improved.However,currently,there are still problems such as tedious operation of wearing a contact lens,susceptibility to lens contamination,and difficulty in cleaning.Many people suffer from dry eye and corneal lesions.At present,there are few researches on contact lens wearing at home and abroad.In order to improve the contact lens use experience and operation safety,this topic conducts research from the user's mentality and operation behavior,and designs a cornea that is highly effective and safe to reduce secondary lens pollution Contact lens wearing tools.This article summarizes the research status of the contact lens industry at home and abroad and the attributes of wearing tools,sorts out the user experience theory research methods and research contents,and summarizes the reasons for wearing eye contact lenses.The questionnaire survey method was used to collect the pain points of users wearing contact lenses.Through user interview method,behavior observation method and usability test method,typical user portraits of target users were obtained,the operation problems of the tool when wearing contact lenses were proposed,the functional problem weights of existing tools were determined,and the user mental model map was established..Based on quantitative and qualitative user research on contact lens wearing tools and users,and analysis and summary of the wearing process,the design goals were determined.Combined with user research data,this paper proposes a use method and new product structure to avoid secondary pollution of lenses.At the same time,fromthe perspective of user experience,a formative usability test was performed on the product prototype to determine the usability of the wearing method and tool structure.According to the above research results,a modular combination of cleaning,wearing and storage tools is proposed to solve the problems of inconvenience when going out,cumbersome use procedures,complicated tools and secondary pollution of lenses.The functions were re-integrated and redesigned,and the usability evaluation was used to verify the design of the contact lens wearing tool.
