In the era of rapid development,the content forms of early education for children are rich and varied,including the cultivation of children's language,thinking and behavior.As a special group of users,blind children are valued by all aspects of the society.In the era of rapid development,the early education of blind children is neglected.In this paper,the blind children in their early education machine as the research object,with the age of early education for blind children as the specific user research,in the emotional design of the early education machine for blind children innovative research.Through the analysis and arrangement of the theory of emotional design,and the summary of the theory of emotional design,in-depth analysis of three levels of emotional design and emotional design methods;The principle of emotional design of early education machine for blind children is summarized.The emotional design and development process is obtained,and the market research is conducted by combining quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis.Quantitative research adopts questionnaire survey to analyze user demand and presents it in the form of quantitative statistical data.Qualitative research selects typical users and conducts statistical analysis on the data obtained from the survey in the form of charts and texts through user observation,and then carries out emotional hierarchical transformation according to the analysis results.Based on the emotional design principles and the results of investigation and analysis,the design positioning of the early education machine for blind children is defined as scanning and identifying objects,identifying hearing training,man-machine interaction,security monitoring and other functions.Research on scanning technology,voice storage and recognition technology,audio signal feedback processing technology,terminal processing and reading technology,man-machine interaction technology to achieve the early education of blind childrenemotional function.This paper innovates the design of early education products for blind children from the perspective of emotional design,analyzes the appearance,function,structure,material and processing technology of the products for blind children,studies and analyzes from the perspective of ergonomics,and makes the design plan.It provides a new perspective for the early education products of blind children and will be helpful for the follow-up research of the products.
