With the encouragement of national policies and the increase in market demand,electrochemical energy storage is rapidly emerging in the energy storage industry,but the cost of equipment automation,labor reduction,and environmental protection continues to increase.Under market economic conditions,competition between enterprises usually keeps the price of products at a relatively stable level,which requires enterprises.Improve the product research and development capabilities and enhance the level of cost management to compensate for the adverse effects caused by the increase in the cost of production factors.The new product development process usually determines the cost of the company's subsequent operating activities,because the production process,materials,human resources,and after-sales costs of the product have been basically determined.By controlling the production process,the method of improving production efficiency has been The difficulty of high cost caused by the source of R&D cannot be effectively changed.Therefore,strengthening the cost control of new product research and development has become the only way for enterprises to regain competitive advantage in their operations.In this thesis,the cost control of electrochemical energy storage project is studied,and the cost of the project and the cost control method used in the whole life cycle are explored by combining the theoretical analysis of the cost of research and development with the application of practical cases.First of all,this thesis expounds the background and current situation of electrochemical energy storage industry,analyzes the existing cost problems of electrochemical energy storage,summarizes the theory and research status of R&D cost control;then,H company is taken as the research object,describes the R&D process of electrochemical energy storage project,explores the main R&D links,decomposes the R&D tasks by WBS,finds out the main costs in the key links,and Based on this,the evaluation model of R&D cost based on AHP is established and the current R&D cost situation of the company is evaluated.At the same time,based on the company's R&D investment in recent years,this thesis analyzes the main problems of the company's R&D cost control.Finally,according to the analysis of R&D cost of H company,the corresponding control measures are formulated,and the cost control scheme is formulated from the perspective of project cost control process.
