Study On The Whole Process Management Of The Owner Of W Hotel Reconstruction Project

The W hotel renovation project is a renovation project which is mainly managed by the owner himself,in order to do a good job in the management of the W hotel renovation project in an all-round way,and at the same time,explore the general rules of the owner's management of the construction project,this paper tries to provide some ideas and methods for the owner's management of similar projects in the future.Based on the theory of Project Management and taking w hotel renovation project as an example,this paper deeply analyzes the problems in the process of W hotel renovation project management in the past,combining with the characteristics of this project,by using the method of Investigation and action learning and DBB management model,the whole process management of the owner's project is studied.Three management principles and three key points in design phase,three strict management measures in bidding phase,ten no safety management principles in construction phase,ten quality management measures and ten schedule management measures are put forward.On this basis,by making full use of expert resources and through practice and research,a set of systematic management methods for the whole process management of the project by the owner has been formed and fully practiced in the W hotel renovation project,good management results have been achieved,fully meet the W hotel renovation project objectives,and was w hotel superior units rated as "quality project.".The practice shows that the management principles,management ideas and management measures adopted by the owners in each stage are effective management methods.
