Research On The Design Of Living Street Renovation Based On Regional Characteristics

In this paper,the relationship between characteristics and street reconstruction is discussed in the introduction.The living street in the background of the first generation commercial housing is taken as the research object,and the problem that the current street reconstruction theory has fewer solutions in the regional characteristics creation is proposed.to solve it.This paper adopts the literature and case to find the transformation strategy,and the research method of the transformation strategy in the design.The first part is to find the transformation strategy: in the second chapter,through the related literature overview,the current life street design should be satisfied: 1.Landscape,public facilities,transportation integration design 2.To improve the line rate is one of the construction goals 3 Retaining architectural diversity and ingenious old buildings 4.Reasonable service to the living behavior of the venue.In the third chapter,through the study of relevant excellent cases,it is further proposed that the characteristics of the current excellent living street design are as follows: 1 Replace the continuous wall with continuous and diverse buildings and spaces.2 The entrance and exit is the site remains and is one of the sources of regional characteristics.The second part is the design research: in the site analysis of Jinsong road in the fourth chapter,through the investigation of the site construction to understand the diversity of the site,through the historical research on Jinsong Xiaolu,the geographical characteristics of the site have been in dynamic change..It is proposed that the current regional characteristics of Jinsong Xiaolu Construction are: from the “city well” culture on the north side of the street to the “big river and big lake” culture on the south side of the street.The fifth chapter applies the previous strategy in the reconstruction design of Jinsong Xiaolu in Hankou,and obtains the strategies applicable to the transformation of regional characteristics of this kind of living street,namely: 1.Converting the site problem into site characteristics 2.Using the regional architectural language Weaving the street interface 3.Combine the borrowed view to construct the entrance and exit landscape.This paper aims to make some explorations on the current street renovation,and provide regional features for the reconstruction of living streets,which will help the city to further update.
