Study On Centralized Control Operation And Management Of Hydropower Enterprise Of A Company

Compared with other power sources,hydropower has some advantages such as clean environment,low price and cost,priority of access to power network,so hydropower has been the most mature and important renewable clean energy.But unlike other sources of energy,such as thermal power,hydroelectric power stations have long been located in deep valleys far from the city for better access to water resources because of their location,it is precisely because of this special nature,whether from the traffic travel,staff life and so on convenience have great limitations.In order to change this restriction,the implementation of centralized control operation of hydropower stations has gradually become a development trend.With the development of power science and technology,many hydropower development companies at home and abroad have carried out research on the construction of operation mode of Hydropower Station,such as centralized control operation,closed-door management,etc..At the same time,after the centralized control of hydropower stations is stable,it will often bring new problems and challenges to the operation and management of hydropower enterprises.Under this situation,it is imperative to explore and improve the operation and management mode of enterprises,generally speaking,the problems in operation management under centralized control generally include production management,operation and maintenance,maintenance and safety,guarantee and emergency management system establishment,whether these systems can be better constructed,it is of great significance to the safe,economical and reliable operation of Hydropower Station,and is also an important means to enhance the benefit of hydropower station.Based on the analysis of the present situation and development demand of hydropower enterprises of company A,combined with the theory of operation and management of enterprises,this paper summarizes the contents of operation and management of hydropower enterprises,aiming at the research course,management difficulties and characteristics of operation and management of hydropower stations,this paper analyzes the existing problems of a company,and puts forward the optimization thinking and management positioning of Centralized Control Operation Management for hydropower enterprises,so as to realize "centralized monitoring,hierarchical management and coordination between two places".Then,aiming at the problems that may appear in the centralized control and management of company a,some safeguard measures are put forward according to the actual situation of the enterprise itself.At the end of this paper,some conclusions of the centralized control operation management mode of hydropower enterprises are drawn,and the prospect of the centralized control operation management mode is put forward.
