| Antifreeze liquid is composed of base liquid and additive,which is mainly used in engine cooling system.The working conditions of heavy duty engines are generally very harsh,and the performance of antifreeze,anti-boiling and corrosion inhibition is highly required.This paper mainly focuses on antifreeze,anti-boiling,corrosion inhibition and other aspects of research,the purpose is to develop high boiling point,low freezing point,corrosion inhibition performance of antifreeze,the specific content is as follows:1.Through the freezing point and boiling point test of 10 kinds of antifreeze agents,including ethylene glycol,propylene triol,diethylene glycol,1,2-propylene glycol,1,3-butanediol,etc,the influence of a single antifreeze agent on the ice and boiling point of glycol water base liquid was explored.Through the performance and cost analysis screen out the appropriate antifreeze.Through compound with experiment,orthogonal experiment to find out the best formula: ethylene glycol 34%,glycerol 2.5%,diethylene glycol 8.5%,1,2-propylene glycol 2%,distilled water 53%,the freezing point of the solution is-33.2 ℃,the boiling point is 109.3 ℃.2.In this paper,sodium benzoate,triethanolamine,ulotropine,benzotriazole,sodium phytate,sodium tetraborate and other corrosion inhibitors were tested by static weightlessness method.The corrosion inhibition performance of a single corrosion inhibitor on metal hangers was investigated,and triethanolamine,ullotropine and benzotriazole were selected as corrosion inhibitors in antifreeze.By means of compounding experiment,appropriate content range is selected,response surface test design method is used for experimental design,and experimental data are simulated.The best corrosion inhibitor formula was obtained by simulation: triethanolamine 1.82%,ullotropine 0.2%,phenyltriazole 0.2%,and the maximum corrosion inhibition rate was 91.24%.The experimental results show that the actual corrosion inhibition rate is 90.9%,which is consistent with the simulated value.3.By simulating the composition of hard water and designing the scale inhibition experiment,the scale inhibitor in antifreeze was selected.The experiment showed that thescale inhibition rate of humate sodium as scale inhibitor within the concentration range of5mg/L to 40mg/L increased with the increase of concentration,and the scale inhibition rate slowed down after the concentration reached 25mg/L.The effect of sodium humate on calcium scale inhibition is better than that of magnesium scale inhibition.At the concentration of 25mg/L,the calcium scale inhibition rate is 80.3%,and the magnesium scale inhibition rate is 75.7%.4.Determine the antifreeze formula ethylene glycol 34%,propylene triol 2.5%,diethylene glycol 8.5%,1,2-propylene glycol 2%,triethanolamine 1.82%,ullotropine0.2%,benzotriazole 0.2%,sodium benzoate 0.2%,sebacic acid 2%,sodium humate0.0025%,and the remaining components are deionized water.The freezing point and boiling point of the self-made antifreeze solution are-33.8 ℃,109.7 ℃,and the corrosion inhibition rate is 91.3%.The comprehensive performance meets the standard and has certain market competitiveness. |
