The construction of steel reinforcement cage in the project is often carried out the artificial manufacturing method and the fully automated steel reinforcement cage welding machine manufacturing method.In this paper,a new type of semi-mechanical steel reinforcement cage welding machine is designed with the convenience of man-made method and the high quality and high efficiency of roller welding machine.From the simplified automatic steel cage roll welding machine to start,the semi-mechanical steel reinforcement cage roll welding machine has simplified the structure,re-designed part of the components to form a set of processing equipment with easy operation and high quality of production.The equipment has the following advantages:Compared with the artificial production method,the production efficiency and the finished product quality is improved,the time and labor saving;Compared with the automatic steel reinforcement cage roll welder,the equipment is cheap,the structure is simple,easy to assemble,and the requirements of the site condition is low,suitable for small and medium,sized projects.The selections of lifting points of steel reinforcement cage are the key to ensure that the quality stability and force uniform of the steel reinforcement cage,reducing or avoiding excessive deformation,stress concentration and other issues in the lifting process.In order to obtain the optimal lifting point of the steel cage in the project,the mechanical model and the finite element model are used to analyze and calculate the optimal lifting point selection formula for the steel reinforcement cage.Firstly,the nonuniform parameters are introduced,and the mechanical model is established.The Mathematica software is used to calculate the influence of the position of the nonuniformity of the mass and the size of the load on the lifting point of the steel cage.Secondly,the ANSYS finite element software is used to model the steel reinforcement cage with uniform mass distribution and nonuniform mass distribution,and simulated the stress state.The accuracy of the theoretical analysis of the optimal lifting point is obtained by combining the axial force,bending moment and stress of the model nodes.Through the theoretical and modeling calculations,the final selection formula for the optimal lifting point of steel reinforcement cage can be obtained and can be used in engineering projects.In the stage of the steel reinforcement cage from the construction to the lifting,the steel reinforcement cage is often stored in the designated place to wait for lifting.In order to study the stress and strain of the steel reinforcement cage from the standing state to the lifting state,the author analyzes the static state of the steel reinforcement cage.First,the stress distribution and deformation of the steel cage in the standing state are analyzed,and then compared with the lifting model of the steel cage.Finally,the most unfavorable position of the steel reinforcement cage from the standing state to the lifting state is given,and the actual construction is given help to construction.In the lifting process of the steel reinforcement cage,if using the lifting method which two machines work at the same time,it may lead to steel reinforcement cage shaking and deformation because of the steel reinforcement cage only have vertical constraints and no horizontal direction constraints.In order to study the stress and strain of the reinforced cage,the author analyzes the lifting of the steel reinforcement cage at different angles.By comparing the stress state of the steel reinforcement cage at different angles,the influence of the angle on the lifting is used to determine the optimum lifting angle in the lifting construction.Finally,this paper puts forward the quality control measures for the steel reinforcement cage in the production and hoisting process.In the production process,the quality control scheme is put forward in the stage of the construction preparation stage,the production stage and the quality acceptance stage respectively.During the lifting process,the operation rules and specifications are put forward during the preparation work and the lifting process.
