For the current power system,its normal operation is inseparable from the combination and coordination of various power equipment.When an equipment is abnormal or obstructed,the entire power system may face the risk of not functioning normally.They will also lead to the paralysis of the system network,causing a certain economic loss.In many power equipment,the role of reactors in the power system is irreplaceable,but the current online monitoring measures for reactors are relatively lacking,and the research and exploration of reactor online monitoring devices are needed,which is the focus of current attention.In view of the above problems,the loss monitoring and temperature monitoring of the reactor are analyzed,and the design of the supporting device is completed.Its function is to online monitor the loss and temperature of the dry air core reactor during normal operation,and can accurately determine the reactor.The device has a loss situation and a temperature change trend.The device mainly includes two parts,one is the sampling unit part,and the other is the control and merge unit part;the processor model of the two parts is the same as the DSP28335 developed and designed by TI.The function of the sampling unit mainly includes collecting data such as reactor terminal voltage,load current,and temperature,and sorting out the collected data to calculate the loss of the device,and then using the corresponding wireless module to complete the transmission of the device loss data and temperature change data.Send,received by the merge and control unit for processing and analysis.The sampling unit collects the voltage data of the reactor end through the resistance-capacitance voltage divider and the voltage transformer,and converts the voltage on this basis,from high voltage to low voltage;through the current transformer for current conversion.Obtaining energy from the reactor bus through the power source can effectively deal with the problems that occur in the online monitoring process,that is,the difficulty of real-time power supply and power extraction.In the relevant research process carried out in this article,the authenticity of the measured loss of the device and the actual value of the measured temperature need to be verified.In the specific research and analysis process,an effective treatment plan has been formulated for the error link in the measurement process.The construction of the test platform verifies the feasibility of temperature measurement and loss measurement,and verifies the overall reliability of the test.The final measurement results show that the measurement error of this device is relatively small,which meets the design standards and requirements,which shows that the design of the device is feasible.
