With the rapid development of Chinese bridge industry,the modernization of technology and the novelty of conception and design,the jacking method construction has gradually entered into a wide range of construction fields and achieved remarkable results and excellent results with the advantages of construction process safety,less environmental interference,a large amount of labor saving,low labor intensity and simple construction quality management.However,due to the uniqueness of the jacking construction,there are strict requirements for the mechanical equipment required in the construction,the nearby construction site conditions and the optimization of construction technology.There is a lack of research on the local stress analysis of the main components in the jacking construction process,so that the local stress problem of the beam body is well optimized is a more prominent problem.Therefore,it is very important to study the construction control technology and the stress analysis in detail.Thhis paper is based on the research background of the Separated Interchange Project of cross pingqi railway and Harbin qihar passenger dedicated line.First of all,the background of the topic and the significance of the research are described,the development of the jacking method at home and abroad is described,and the technological methods and outstanding characteristics of the jacking method construction are analyzed.Secondly,the simple and effective model of main beam and guide beam is analyzed.The three moment equation and structural mechanics are used to analyze the system transformation of the structure.The length of guide beam suitable for the actual construction and the practical problems that should be grasped in the construction process are deduced.Thirdly,MIDAS/civil software is used to simulate and analyze the whole bridge during the jacking construction of box girder bridge,analyze the reaction force,the overall deformation of the bridge,the size of combined stress and the local stress condition and safety of temporary pier during the jacking construction,so as to provide theoretical basis for the subsequent actual construction Guidance.Then,combined with the actual structure and layout of the bridge,according to the actual stress distribution,and compared with the theoretical calculation results,the construction scheme is formulated and the actual construction is guided.Finally,through the technical means of construction monitoring to control the construction process,combined with the theoretical data of the model,in the actual jacking construction process,to ensure the smooth and smooth progress of the actual construction site,to provide a positive theoretical and application value for the construction of similar projects in the future.
