In recent years,the modernization of the transportation industry has gradually led more and more bridges transformation towards to the trend of modernization.Although many existing bridges can not meet the needs of transportation and the bearing capacity to meet the corresponding requirements,but to be,it no doubt will cause great consumption of funds and waste of materials to dismantle and rebuild the roads and bridges simply because the linear and other factors do not meet the requirements.In the management of a construction,a key technique of beam bridge jacking is used to ensure safety and construction quality.In this paper,the proportion of the Synchrolifting System Used in bridge beam lifting engineering and related theory,combined with the overhead construction practice on the rise in Nantong Jianghai Avenue crown,a detailed study of the application of proportional adjusting technology of slope in the construction process of bridge girder lifting.First,study the main features and difficulties of the construction project,based on the analysis of the current key process and the matters needing attention in the construction of bridge girder lifting,put forward the project more appropriate.Secondly,on the basis of simplifying the shape of the bridge,a more appropriate construction scheme has been worked out,and the mechanical calculation is carried out according to the mechanical knowledge.By calculating,the supporting force is determined and the lift of the box girder under the original bridge state is determined.At the same time,the layout of the bridge support and monitoring system is studied.Third,the main analysis method used in this paper is the spatial theory analysis method for box girder structure.The content of this method includes the analysis of beam element,beam lattice and three-dimensional solid element analysis.The space plate element method is the discrete structure of the two-dimensional space plate element.The characteristic of this method is that the internal force and deformation of the calculated section can be directly given.Fourth,in order to carry out and develop the construction scheme in comparison to determine the feasibility of the scheme,the simulation analysis software,using the theory of finite element analysis model is established,analysis of the box girder in lifting process,and the changes of internal forces generated by analysis.At the same time,the phenomenon of pressure difference between the upper and lower sides of the top and lower side of the bridge box in the process of lifting and lifting is analyzed.Finally,in the whole process of measuring the coefficient of crack in the later stage,the most important thing is to systematically analyze the performance of the measuring element and verify the possibility of jack up.The analysis results show that the synchronous lifting technology is able to produce the actual performance of large bridge in lifting process.The finite element analysis results show that:in this study,eight supported symmetric layout is the process more reasonable,to protect the internal structure of the safety of the bridge;jacking process monitoring applications that can send out alarm signal at the wrong lifting height and reach the limit,does not appear abnormal problems.The simulation results of bridge beam lifting to improve the construction quality and safety coefficient,and to shorten the construction period,save the production cost.In recent years,the process of laying infrastructure networks in China has been accelerating,and some bridges need to be rebuilt because of the destruction of their original structures and forms.If rebuilt and rebuilt,it will bring a huge increase in cost,which has a great impact on traffic and people’s daily production and life.Based on the original bridge form,the reconstruction and transformation of jacking up and widening can solve the problem of bridge to a large extent,and meet the requirements of new bridge clearance and trafficplanning.At the same time,the future of our city viaduct girder lifting construction scheme and the choice of the form provides a theoretical basis for.
