| Rural service center is the forward position of Rural Revitalization Strategy.The supply structure and quality of rural service center are adjusted according to the actual problems in rural areas,so as to ensure the fairness and justice of rural public and market services and improve the utilization efficiency.In the new era of implementing the Rural Revitalization Strategy,promoting the construction of rural service center can provide reference for the reconstruction of rural space and the construction of "central village" in the new era,and promote the Rural Revitalization.At the same time,it can provide scientific basis for the reasonable layout of rural service center and the improvement of rural system planning,and provide corresponding technical support for Rural Revitalization.Taking Xinzhou District of Wuhan City as a case,through the establishment of the central evaluation index system to evaluate the rural service and explore its influence mechanism,we can provide a new perspective for the revitalization of rural areas in Jianghan Plain,reasonably locate the comprehensive capacity of regional rural services,and promote social equity and justice.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Based on the analysis of the current situation of rural service facilities in Xinzhou District,it is found that the distribution of public service facilities and market service facilities has significant spatial concentration and spatial difference,forming a multi-center distribution.From the perspective of Township street level,it is mainly in Yingcheng street,Yangluo street,cangbu street,and Jiujie street,all of which belong to the urban built-up areas with high urbanization level,and rural service facilities have clustering Strong,radiate and drive the surrounding villages.(2)According to the results of the comprehensive evaluation of the rural service center,the scale rank order of the rural service center in Xinzhou district is negative exponential distribution,which conforms to the model of the center system structure in the traditional center theory.It reflects that the overall rural services in Xinzhou district still present a hierarchical pyramid structure and maintain a relatively balanced development.From the perspective of space,the rural service centers in Xinzhou District have formed a mixed structure of "multi circle gradient shift".The core area spreads to the periphery,forming a strip distribution belt with Huangmao community,Qing'an community,Hongqi community,lijiejie Daqiao village and Lizhai village in Yingcheng street as the combined units.Chaojiashan community,Shangdong community and Liuzhen village in Yangluo street in the southwest form a distribution belt along the river.Xinji community in the North of the old street in the East,Lijiawan community and Gaofu village in the middle of Sandian street in the East The northern distribution zone is formed,forming a multistage circle.(3)According to the specific influencing factors of rural services,six indicators,i.e.terrain factor,economic factor,population factor,age structure,consumption capacity and traffic factor,are selected to explore the mechanism of spatial heterogeneity of rural services.The final results are population factor,traffic factor,consumption capacity,age structure,economic factor and terrain factor in order of factor explanatory power,and the p value is less than 0.01.The results show that the population density determines the spatial pattern of rural service level in Xinzhou District,and the traffic factor and consumption capacity are the key factors affecting the spatial differentiation of rural service in Xinzhou district.At the same time,the level of rural service in Xinzhou district is restricted by the evaluation of various factors.The explanatory power of the two factors is obviously stronger than that of the single factor. |
