| At present,the climate problems caused by excessive greenhouse gas emissions have attracted the attention of countries around the world.For this reason,a "low-carbon revolution"has been launched worldwide.The main purpose is to improve manufacturing efficiency and reduce carbon emissions.In recent years,a large number of scholars have devoted themselves to the research on carbon footprint.Taking consideration into the parts production process is of great significance for enterprises to achieve the goal of low-carbon manufacturing.In this paper,the relevant theories and methods of Extenics are used to analyze the influencing factors of carbon emission in the production process of parts,and the carbon footprint accounting model and evaluation system are constructed,which is helpful for manufacturing enterprises to better grasp the relevant information of carbon footprint.Based on the above situation,this paper analyzes and evaluates the carbon footprint of the parts production process.The specific research contents are as follows:Firstly,this paper selects the carbon footprint of the part production process as the research object.Through the analysis of the part production process and the determination of the carbon footprint accounting boundary,it is divided into three important stages:the blank manufacturing process,the processing process and the transportation process.Based on the analysis of the influencing factors of carbon emission in each stage,combined with the common accounting standards and methods of carbon footprint,the accounting model of carbon footprint is constructed.Secondly,based on the carbon emission characteristics of the carbon footprint of the part production process,combined with the extension hierarchy analysis method and the extension superiority evaluation method,the matter elements to be evaluated were determined.At the same time,combined with the normal distribution method,this paper puts forward the selection method of carbon footprint research samples in the production process of parts,and formulates the carbon footprint evaluation level,so as to determine the classical and nodal areas of carbon footprint evaluation.The method of dimensionless data processing is put forward before the calculation of influence factor weight and correlation degree.On this basis,a carbon footprint evaluation system which is composed of the matter element layer to be evaluated,the influencing factor layer,the evaluation method layer and the user layer is constructed,and this system is suitable for all stages of parts production processFinally,in order to verify the effectiveness of the evaluation system,the carbon footprint of the flange production process is taken as the research object,and it is analyzed and evaluated,and the processing process of flange is emphatically studied.When evaluating the carbon footprint of flange machining process,the CRITIC method is used to objectively weight the flange machining process,and the evaluation grade of carbon footprint of flange machining process is obtained.In order to improve the informatization level of carbon footprint research in manufacturing enterprises,the carbon footprint evaluation system of parts production process is designed and developed,and the functions of carbon footprint accounting and evaluation in parts production process are realized.According to the characteristics of the carbon footprint in the production process of parts,ECharts visualization tool is selected to study the data visualization of carbon footprint,which improves the interaction of data exploration and plays an important role in energy saving and emission reduction for manufacturing enterprises. |
