| As the global warming effect continues to worsen,the environmental problems are highlighted,and carbon emissions are becoming the focus of people’s daily attention.China’s manufacturing industry is a big carbon emission household,so it is imminent to reduce the carbon emissions of the manufacturing enterprises and realize the low carbon production of the products.Based on the current low carbon manufacturing environment,in view of the shortcomings of current research on carbon footprint accounting in parts production process,this paper proposes a carbon footprint accounting model to calculate the carbon emission in parts production process,and the carbon footprint accounting model is applied to the carbon footprint of gear manufacturing enterprise which verifies the effectiveness and feasibility of the model.Based on this,a carbon footprint accounting system for parts is designed and set up for enterprise to account and monitor carbon footprint in parts production process.The main contents of this paper are as follows:The first chapter analyzes the background,purpose and significance of the research,and summarizes the research status quo of carbon footprint at home and abroad,and points out the shortcomings in current research.The second chapter discusses the system structure of carbon emissions in parts production process,and analyzes the carbon emission characteristics of parts production process.Then it studies the general accounting standards and accounting methods of carbon footprint,laying the foundation for carbon footprint accounting in the later part production process.Finally,the carbon emission source and carbon emission factor in parts production process are determined.Chapter 3,after analyzing the parts production process,the carbon emissions of the parts production process are divided into rough machining carbon emissions,mechanical processing carbon emissions,welding heat treatment carbon emissions,infrastructure carbon emissions and transport equipment carbon emissions,and separately set up their carbon footprint accounting model.In the finally,set up a complete parts carbon footprint model.In the fourth chapter,according to the carbon footprint accounting model in parts production process,we calculate the carbon footprint of a gear production process of Z enterprise,and verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the carbon footprint accounting model.In the fifth chapter,a carbon footprint accounting system of parts production process is developed for Z enterprise,which is convenient for Z enterprises to calculate and real-time monitor their carbon footprint.The system realizes three functional modules of carbon footprint management,basic information management and system management,and gives a detailed description of the system.The sixth chapter summarizes the research content of the paper,and looks forward to the future work. |
