For large industrial enterprises,especially metallurgical enterprises,railway transportation is an important mode of transportation.The traditional enterprise railway relies on manual driving locomotives to transport goods.Due to the large slope and small curve radius of some lines in the enterprise railway,the chance of encountering obstacles is large,and the line conditions are very complicated.Personal safety affects the production efficiency of enterprises.With the development of automatic train driving technology,there are already more mature automatic driving schemes in the field of high-speed railways and urban rail transit,so it is imperative to realize automatic driving of enterprise railway locomotives.This paper studies the control strategy of train automatic driving,and establishes and optimizes the train operation control strategy with the help of genetic algorithm by establishing various optimization index models during train operation.And the simulation program is developed based on C#,which realizes the simulation of the enterprise railway locomotive automatic driving process.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly,analyze the structure and function of the existing train automatic driving system,and find out that the high-speed railway and urban rail transit are different from the enterprise railway in terms of operating speed,equipment environment,operating environment,train control system,etc.On this basis,it analyzes the needs of the enterprise's railway locomotive automatic driving system,and designs the overall system plan.Secondly,by analyzing the stress of the train operation process,the calculation model of the train operation process is proposed,which can calculate the changes of the speed and displacement of the train in the start acceleration phase,cruise operation phase and braking deceleration phase.Aiming at different optimization indexes during operation,an optimized model for train operation was designed.Including precise parking model,overspeed protection model,stability model,running energy consumption model,running on time model.Based on the comparison of different optimization algorithms,the genetic algorithm is used to formulate and optimize the train automatic driving control strategy.The binary coding method is used to design the train operating condition conversion point and its corresponding operating condition as chromosomes,and the algorithm fitness function is designed in conjunction with the train operating optimization model.Use MATLAB to write the optimization algorithm program,and analyze the optimization results,and finally get a set of satisfactory control strategies.Finally design a train automatic driving simulation system.The system is divided into two parts: computer interlocking subsystem and automatic driving subsystem.The computer interlocking subsystem can realize the arrangement and cancellation of the route,and send the mobile authorization information to the automatic driving subsystem.The automatic driving subsystem combines mobile authorization,vehicle condition information,and road condition information to automatically complete the operation of the train between the two stations and display the operation process on the system interface.The simulation of the train operation process proves that the control strategy studied in this paper can meet the needs of the enterprise's railway locomotive automatic driving,and is of great significance to improve the enterprise's railway transportation automation level.
