| Railway marshalling and transportation is an important component of the production supply chain of large and medium-sized enterprises in China.From the arrival of raw materials to the delivery of products,the efficient operation of railway station is a necessary condition to ensure the normal production of enterprises.The marshalling plan starts from the confirmation of task information and involves multiple links,such as carriage selection,locomotive deployment,track occupation and operation scheduling,which are also closely related to each other.Under the background of railway intelligentization,automatically compiling the station railway marshalling plan by computer is of great significance to improve the intelligence level of railway station,improve the transportation efficiency and reduce the burden of dispatching personnel.According to the operation content and basic rules of freight train marshalling and dispatching in enterprise stations,this paper investigated the site of a special railway line of baling petrochemical company in Yue yang,Hunan province.According to the railway track information,locomotive information,carriage information and production task information,this paper designs the station railway state model.This paper summarizes the technical process and scheduling rules of railway dispatching,designs scheduling methods and constraint sets,and converts scheduling instructions into method constraints and mathematical formulas.According to the production characteristics and marshalling requirements of enterprises,this paper takes the time cost of scheduling operation as the main evaluation index of marshalling plan,supplemented by economic cost evaluation to guarantee the economic benefits of enterprises,and puts forward the objective function in the process of marshalling plan.In this paper,a general railway automatic marshalling model is designed,which is based on the station state model,the algorithm of scheduling constraint set and the objective function of time cost and economic cost.This paper introduces the greedy strategy in different situations to optimize the algorithm of track occupation,vehicle selection and locomotive use in the automatic marshalling model,so as to improve the planning efficiency while ensuring the economic benefits of the enterprise and the quality of the formation plan,and realized the preparation of the optimal grouping plan for the station with faster speed and less calculation.At last,this paper develops the railway automatic marshalling system of the enterprise station,and verifies the performance of the designed automatic marshalling model and optimized model by taking the actual station data as the experimental environment. |
