| With the acceleration of urbanization process in China,the scope of demolition is also expanding.A large number of rural collective land farm houses are included in the scope of demolition,facing the problem of demolition.For this reason,the government specially constructs the rural settlement and resettlement community to solve the housing problem of the landless peasants.As an important part of the resettlement community,supporting public buildings can not only provide space for farmers’communication activities,but also meet the daily living needs of farmers,and play a positive role in the construction of livable areas.As a kind of special community,the resettlement and demolition community is not well studied.As a result,the satisfaction degree of the peasants is not high,which increases the difficulty of resettlement to a certain extent.In order to improve the quality of life of relocated farmers,reduce the pressure of government departments,and promote the process of urban construction,it is necessary to study the public construction design of relocated communities.In order to provide theoretical support for the research on the design of supporting public construction in the rural-to-residential demolition and resettlement community,this paper begins with the basic connotation of supporting public construction in the community,summarizes the relevant normative standards and existing research results in the aspects of the classification,design principles and layout types of public construction in the community,and at the same time puts forward the ownership of supporting public construction in the community.Factors that affect technology,life,population and location should be affected.It analyzes the different aspects between the resettlement community and the ordinary residential district,and points out the research direction for the follow-up research and puts forward the research content.The rural resettlement community has the characteristics of decentralized distribution,diversified location,single type and government-led,which directly affects the scale and layout planning of supporting public buildings;while the demolition and resettlement farmers who live in it,their demographic characteristics,social characteristics,economic characteristics and consumption patterns determine the functions of supporting public buildings.Structure and spatial form.Through on-the-spot investigation and Research on the status quo of the public buildings supporting the relocation and demolition of the rural residents in Hangzhou,this paper analyzes and summarizes the problems of the public buildings supporting the relocation and demolition of the rural residents in Hangzhou by means of information collection and questionnaire.The function is rigid,the configuration repetition level is low,the standard is uniform,lacks the pertinence and the flexibility.Finally,on the basis of the above-mentioned analysis and research,the paper compares the supporting public buildings of urban ordinary residential quarters,and puts forward the corresponding design strategies for the supporting scale,planning layout,functional structure and architectural design of the supporting public buildings from the planning and building monomer aspects of the rural-to-residential-demolition-resettlement community in Hangzhou.Discussing and analyzing the case of rural resettlement in Liming Community of Hangzhou City,to help this study understand the role of design strategies,so as to provide a useful reference for future design research. |
