Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor has higher power density and efficiency than cage induction Motor and wound induction Motor.However,the nonlinear coupling system of PMSM makes it difficult for traditional control methods.Therefore,advanced nonlinear strategies are required to control PMSM.In this research,passive control strategy is applied to the permanent magnet synchronous motor control system.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly,this research establish PMSM mathematical model and use SVPWM algorithm to construct coordinate transformations such as Park and Clarke.System simulation model is built for simulation verification.Simulation shows that the traditional PID controller has poor stability for nonlinear PMSM system control.Secondly,this research propose a nonlinear passive control method,aiming at the stability problem of the traditional PID controller for the nonlinear PMSM control system,The interconnection and damping configuration method of passive control is adopted,and the variable damping function injection method is innovatively added.By adding a load torque observer,the rotation speed can be quickly tracked.Simulation results show that PMSM variable damping function injection method based on PCHD model has better convergence performance than traditional damping configuration method.Thirdly,the design of the passive controller depends on the precise mathematical model of PMSM,and the performance of the passive control system is affected by internal and external interference in the actual operation of the motor.In order to improve the robustness of the system and enhance the anti-interference capability of the system,ADRC speed controller is adopted to replace the traditional PID speed controller.Simulation results show that ADRC speed controller based on passive control strategy has better anti-jamming capability.Finally,the hardware and software of PMSM control system are designed,and the experiment platform of PMSM passive control system is built.The feasibility and practicability of the system are verified by the experiment.
