Permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)has been widely used in daily life due to its small size,long life and high efficiency advantages.But in fact,the permanent magnet synchronous motor control system is a strong coupled,nonlinear system,and there are many disturbances in the external environment,such as suddenly increase or decrease load,long-term operation of the motor or external environment will lead to system parameter changes.These uncertain disturbances can affect the dynamic and static performance of the system.Therefore,in order to improve the control accuracy and antidisturbance ability of the system,this paper studies the disturbance rejection method of the permanent magnet synchronous motor speed control system.The main work and innovations are as follows:1.A composite disturbance rejection method is proposed based on generalized proportional integral observer(GPIO)and integral sliding mode(ISM)for permanent magnet synchronous motor system with the load disturbance.The integral sliding mode control method is used to feedback control.The generalized proportional integral observer is used feed-forward compensation.the method mainly adopts feedback plus feedforward control mode,which combines integral sliding mode with proportional integral observer to form a composite controller,and then reject disturbance.The results show that the proposed method has better disturbance rejection ability.2.A mismatched disturbance rejection method based on proportional integral observer is proposed for permanent magnet synchronous motor speed control system.A baseline controller is designed without disturbance.Two generalized proportional integral observers are used to estimate the matched and mismatched disturbances respectively in real time under disturbances conditions.The disturbances estimation value and the baseline controller are combined to form a composite control method,to achieve the effect of rejecting matched and mismatched disturbances.In this paper,the results show that the proposed control algorithm has a better rejection effect on the mismatched disturbance.3.This paper uses STM32F103C8T6 as the main control chip to design the software and hardware of the system,and builds the experimental platform of permanent magnet synchronous motor speed control system.The composite control method of permanent magnet synchronous motor based on integral sliding mode is experimentally verified and compared with the traditional PI control method.The results verify the feasibility and the ability of disturbance rejection of the proposed composite control algorithm.
