In modern power grid regulation,gas turbine not only has high thermal efficiency and good quick response,but also can play the roles of peak load adjustment,valley filling,phase adjustment,frequency modulation and emergency standby in the power grid,and has good energy saving and environmental protection properties.With the continuous advancement of China’s intelligent power grid construction and the vigorous development of new energy field,the potential of gas turbine has been increasingly highlighted.At present,the static variable frequency starting mode is the main starting mode of gas turbine,which has the advantages of frequent starting,large speed range and soft starting,and has a good application prospect.In this paper,the variable frequency start-up process technology of large capacity gas turbine generator sets is studied.The specific contents are as follows:(1)briefly described the basic operating principle of the stationary converter,analyzed the topology structure and control mode of the stationary converter,completed the construction of the gas turbine model and control system model in MATLAB/SIMULINK,and simulated the gas turbine starting operation process.(2)for each stage in the process of gas turbine running over the rotor position of the detection,clear the potential of these features,on the basis of targeted rotor position detection algorithm is put forward,after the simulation and experimental validation,the results show that the detection method proposed in this paper can have effectiveness and scientific nature,able to provide certain guiding significance to the large capacity ofcombustion engine starting. |
