| The position of micro gas turbine in future power industry is almost the same important as PC's status in the computer area.It develops greatly in the world.The rotor of micro gas turbine should be researched systematically and completely,to ensure the machine's safty and improve its economic benefit.The FEA software is applied to analyse radial-flow impellers of Honeywell-Parralon75 micro gas turbine.The analysis includes aspects of static,thermal,modal,fatigue etc. The static analysis caused by the centrifugal force and bolt tension is analyzed by means of linear elastic theory.Thermal part consists of steady and transient research.The load according to thermal's result is added to compute thermal stress.Modal Part calculates natural frequency and vibration's mode of impellers,and forecasts the change's trend of vibration from low to high in frequency. Fatigue considering the load of thermal result and centrifugal force,studys the fatigue failure on the rotor.Then some relevant mathematical models are cited inside the paper,which explain the conception and the pratical instance.Furthermore,the experiment of vibration is done to obtain the natural frequency and vibration's mode of model.Finally,on-line detection technique is introduced.The gas turbine's systematic analysis,experiment and the introduction of on-line detection technique are basic directions of the impeller's research.The detailed analysis is done on the result.Some ways of advanced technology like FEA of three-dimension and assembly are used in the process of analysis. |
