In recent years,China is promoting the industrialization of buildings,but also committed to green and sustainable development.As the core of the modernization of the construction industry,the assembly building has promoted the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry,effectively solved the problem of environmental degradation,and it is a shortcut to popularize green buildings.Since the national standard "Green Building Evaluation Standard" was promulgated,a series of different types of green evaluation standards have been successively issued based on the "Green Standard".But the green evaluation of assembly buildings is still in the exploration and learning stage,which brings a lot of confusion to the evaluation work.In order to further enhance the green building assessment system,achieve the integration of high-rise housing assembly and greening,create a reproducible and common experience,and better guide the inspection of high-rise housing assembly design work,it is necessary to establish a scientific and applicable sustainable development of green assembly high-rise residential evaluation system.On the basis of analyzing and summarizing domestic and foreign prefabricated buildings and green buildings and related literature of evaluation index system,according to sorting out the internal laws that affect the green performance of prefabricated buildings,and combining and the analysis of the typical characteristics of high-rise residential buildings,this paper extracts and refine prefabricated the key differences between high-rise residential green evaluation indicators and general green building evaluation indicators.Through drawing on the "rooted theory" research method,supplemented by brainstorming and expert questionnaire survey methods,the paper finally determined to include 6 first-level indicators,17second-level indicators and 52 third-level indicators for the green evaluation index system of prefabricated high-rise residential buildings.In order to overcome the subjectivity of the evaluation method,this paper introduces the fuzzy interpretation structure model to determine the internal relationship between the green factors in the system,and uses the obtained green factor relationship as the network analysis method network structure relationship input,and then calculates the index weight value.In addition,this paper analyzes the common greenness evaluation method and its limitations in this paper,points out the advantages of using cloud model for green evaluation,and establishes an assembly-type high-rise residential evaluation model based on the methods fuzzy interpretation structure model-network analysis-cloud model.Finally,under the guidance of the green evaluation index system and evaluation model of assembled high-rise residential,this paper empirically studies the evaluation index model and method for assembled high-rise housing with an example of a residential building inWuhan.It makes a quantitative evaluation of the greenness of the project,and concludes that the green level is in a good category.In addition,by establishing a sound policy incentive mechanism,raising participants' awareness of green building,and strengthening the labeling work of green building operations,this paper proposes optimization proposals for greening weak indicator items,which further promoted the green evaluation index system of prefabricated high-rise residential buildings.The research has certain practical significance for standardizing and guiding the design process of prefabricated high-rise houses and improving the greenness of the houses.
