Interior Design Of Kindergarten Based On Reggio Education Concept

Along with the implementation of the two-child policy in our country and the increasing degree of pre-school education to parents,the supply of high quality kindergarten become very scarce.Therefore,the research on interior design of kindergarten has became a research hotspot that academia and education.In recent years,the Reggio concept of early childhood education has become popular all over the world.The domestic education sector has also applied the Reggio concept in teaching practice and the construction of kindergartens.Because of its unique concept of children and education,Reggio education has an important impact on the indoor environment design of the kindergarten.Through consulting a large number of documents,this paper analyzes the main ideas of Reggio education,and analyzes and summarizes the parts that have an impact on interior design.Studies show that Reggio education concept has focused on listening records,avoiding excessive protection,providing exploration methods,creating a warm atmosphere,completing the teaching tasks,providing educational resources,integrating cultural resources,promoting children's interaction,focusing on virtue education,benefiting design inspiration such as stimulating creativity,emphasizing interactive cooperation,.and the division of small spaces etc.Which have proved that the rationality and necessity of integrating the Reggio education concept into the indoor environment of kindergartens.Then,starting from the demands of reggio educational concept on the indoor environment of kindergartens,a number of specific cases of kindergarten interior design were analyzed to find out the urgent problems in the design of the existing kindergarten and proposes solutions.Then combined with the above research,summarize and elaborate the inspiration and application methods of Reggio educational concept to the interior design of kindergarten.A number of cases are cited to illustrate the method of applying Reggio educational philosophy in the interior environment design of kindergarten which is the specific elaboration of Reggio educational concept and educational views on different areas of the kindergarten interior design targeted application.Based on Reggio educational philosophy,a kindergarten design method should created variable spaces,used a variety of special materials,increased the proportion of communication space area,adopted appropriate sizes,provided educational functions,and improved openness.Finally,according to the demands and influences of Reggio educational concept on the interior design of kindergarten and combined with the design methods mastered in this paper,the interior design scheme of kindergarten based on Reggio educational concept is completed,including design analysis,construction drawings and renderings.
