In recent years,various kinds of disasters happen frequently in cities,which have a great negative impact on urban development.How to improve the response and adaptability of urban systems to disasters is a hot topic in the field of urban research at home and abroad.The previous concepts of urban safety and disaster prevention can no longer meet the needs of existing urban development,while the concept of resilient city opens a new way for urban disaster response from the perspective of dynamic and development.Therefore,improving urban resilience has become a new development trend of urban disaster management.With the development of social cities,gas has been widely used in people's production and life.Due to the particularity and danger of gas,there are increasingly prominent gas safety problems,resulting in a series of gas pipe network accidents.Due to the small and medium-sized city gas pipe network facilities safe running low,prone to accidents,and small and medium-sized cities in such weak ability to deal with the accident,the gas pipeline accident happens more influence to small and medium-sized cities,results in the decrease of city toughness,so the small and medium-sized cities based on the gas pipeline leakage accident toughness is extremely important.First of all,this article through to small and medium-sized city gas pipeline network status quo,characteristics and leakage accident types of research,it is concluded that more small and medium-sized city gas pipeline network using medium pressure-single-stage pipeline network,the safety of the running low,in case of leakage accident cause suffocation,poisoning,fire and explosion accident,cause certain influence to city,reduce the "resilience"of the city.Secondly,based on the complex network theory and combined with the characteristics of gas pipe network in small and medium-sized cities,a complex network model of non-directed gas pipe network in small and medium-sized cities was established.Then,ALOHA simulation software was used to study the influencing factors of key location leakage accident of gas pipe network in small and medium-sized cities,and the influencing rules and influence degree of atmospheric environment factors and gas pipe network structure factors on leakage accident were obtained.Finally,based on the theory of toughness evaluation system,combined with the influencing factors of small and medium-sized city gas pipeline leakage accidents and toughness study of the construction of the small and medium-sized cities,using the analytic hierarchy process,constructed based on the gas pipeline leakage accident toughness evaluation system of small and medium-sized cities,the gas pipeline toughness and small and medium-sized city disaster resilience two big dimensions,gas pipe network structure itself,leakage of gas pipeline network surrounding environment toughness toughness toughness,humanities toughness,lifeline system,economic resilience,tenacity and ecological environment disasters to toughness of seven small dimensions,and northern Anhui six cities as the evaluation objects,from 2014 to 2018 as the timeline,To study the toughness level of cities in northern Anhui;According to the evaluation results,the strategies for improving urban resilience in northern Anhui were put forward from the aspects of gas management,industrial structure optimization and reform,infrastructure construction,ecological civilization construction,basic education construction and disaster response.Figure[41]Table[19]Reference[96]...
