Abstract/Summary:
This subject is based on the principle of bionics,using self-made symmetric electrodes with metal core PVDF fiber(Symmetric Metal core PVDF fiber,SMPF),according to the structure and function of the human vestibular receptor,design and prepare a bionic vestibular receptor,and establish a theoretical model for sensing accelerated motion.Based on this model,the experimental verification method was used to explore the effect of the force on the human vestibular receptors’ perception of accelerated movement during accelerated movement,and certain research results were obtained.The specific experimental research content is as follows(1)According to the first type of piezoelectric equation,the theoretical model of the bionic cilia of the cantilever structure is established,and the linear relationship between the response charge of the bionic cilia and the amplitude of impact acceleration is verified through experiments,indicating that the bionic cilia have the ability to sense the acceleration amplitude It also shows that the bionic cilia can be used to prepare bionic cysts(2)Using silicone rubber and bionic cilia,a bionic plaque containing a single bionic cilia was prepared,and a theoretical model of the bionic plaque was established.That is,under the action of linear acceleration,the change of the response charge of the bionic plaque was analyzed;The influence of the spot sensing process;an experimental platform was built for experimental verification.The experimental results show that the sensing signal of the bionic plaque has a linear relationship with the amplitude of the shock excitation,and a cosine relationship with the angle of the shock excitation,indicating that the otolith enhances the perception ability of the bionic cyst.Human cysts have similar perception functions.(3)According to the structure of the human otolith organs,multiple bionic cilia are buried in the direction of the micro-stripes in the cysts to design and prepare the bionic cysts.A 3D printing method was used to prepare the outer shell,and the bionic plaque and liquid were sealed in the outer shell to prepare the bionic balloon and elliptical balloon respectively.According to the positional relationship of the two sac organs in the human otolith organs,the bionic balloon and elliptical sac are assembled with three semicircular canals to prepare a complete bionic vestibular receptor.The theoretical model of plane linear acceleration perception of the bionic vestibular receptor was established,and the influence of gravity,liquid friction and inertial force of the otolith layer on the sensing performance of the vestibular receptor was analyzed.The experimental results show that the elliptical capsule can sense the direction and magnitude of linear acceleration in the horizontal plane,and the balloon can sense the direction and magnitude of linear acceleration in the vertical plane.(4)The spatial linear acceleration decomposition method is used to establish the spatial acceleration sensing theoretical model of the bionic vestibular receptor.An experimental system was built to verify the theoretical model.The experimental results show that the bionic vestibular receptor can sense the direction and magnitude of spatial linear acceleration.Through theoretical analysis and experimental research on bionic organs,it is proved that the human body can sense the direction and magnitude of the linear acceleration of the head under the combined action of gravity,liquid friction and inertial force of the otolith layer.Acceleration,the balloon mainly senses the linear acceleration in the vertical plane.
