With the rapid development of highway construction in China,a large number of highway tunnels have emerged.In order to ensure the long-term safety,stability and economic operation of the tunnel,the tunnel must adopt a reasonable ventilation system design.The purpose of tunnel ventilation control is two points.One is to dilute the increase in the concentration of harmful gases.The other is necessary to stabilize the smoke diffusion speed in the tunnel to provide favorable conditions for passengers to escape when there is a fire accident in the tunnel.There are many nonlinearity and uncertainty factors that affect the air velocity in tunnel,such as the piston effect of automobile in and out of tunnel,natural wind resistance and so on.And it also has a great lag in the tunnel ventilation system,results its response speed very slow.In this thesis,many uncertain factors are considered and the tunnel ventilation system is modeled.The designed tunnel controller monitors the tunnel state through sensors.When the concentration of pollutants in the tunnel reaches the threshold,the controller reduces the concentration of diluted pollutants by adjusting the jet fans.In the process of tunnel ventilation,it is necessary to ensure that the pollutant concentration meets the safety standards,and minimize the power consumption of ventilation operation.In addition,the tunnel controller can respond quickly to the tunnel ventilation in the emergency state,and control the airflow speed in the tunnel to be stable under the change of uncontrollable external environment.The self-tuning fuzzy PID control system is designed to solve the above problems.At the same time,the hardware system of tunnel controller is designed and developed based on STM32.According to the requirements of the controlled object in the tunnel,a practical tunnel controller is developed from chip selection,schematic drawing,PCB design,controller template welding and debugging.Finally,the control effect of the tunnel ventilation system is verified on the embedded simulation tunnel model by the tunnel controller combined with the self-tuning fuzzy PID control algorithm.
