Research On The Application Of Behavioral Psychology In Residential District Design

China’s real estate development and construction speed rapid development,the people’s living standard is constantly improving.People’ requirements for living environment are getting higher and higher,and the design requirements for residential communities have changed from the physiological needs of using functions to the psychological needs of the spiritual level.The current situation of residential community design cannot meet the growing psychological needs of residents.The biggest reason why the design can’t meet the psychological needs is that people’s psychological activities cannot be observed,and people’s psychological activities can only be inferred by observing people’s behaviors.Behavioral psychology is a discipline that deduces people’s psychology by studying people’s behaviors.Therefore,this paper conducts research from the perspective of the application of behavioral psychology in residential area design to provide new tools and ideas for investigating residents’ psychological needs in residential area design.This research focuses on the application of behavioral psychology in residential design.First of all,through a large number of literature reading,to understand the process of the development of residential communities in our country,the current situation of this research topic,this paper expounds the purpose and significance of the research,introduced the technical route of this research,and introduced the relevant concepts of behavioral psychology.Secondly,the author in the study adopted the form of two kinds of field survey and online questionnaire survey,research,respectively,the typical plot owner to the satisfaction degree of the residential area design,the present situation of the design work and design related professionals,and they work for the current design proposal,analysis of the behavior psychology,the present situation of the application in the residential design,put forward the problems existing in the current.Based on the research results and the research results of others,this paper analyzes the existing problems and proposes the application strategies of behavioral psychology in residential area design.Finally,the author selects real projects A and B of A real estate company for empirical research,which proves the effectiveness and feasibility of the application strategy proposed above.At the end of the paper,the author summarizes this research,draws relevant conclusions,and concludes the shortcomings of this research and the future prospects,in order to provide reference and reference for the government departments,real estate companies,design institutes and other relevant departments in residential district design.
