With the development of Engineering Technology for high-rise buildings,in order to pursue the architectural appearance and to meet requirements of using function,more and more high-rise buildings have large span corridors.The steel corridor structure has large span,height and weight,and it is difficult to construct.Under the premise of ensuring the quality and safety about the corridor construction,it is very important to improve economic benefits by choosing a better construction method.On the basis of summarizing the common construction methods and related technical analysis methods of steel structures,this paper takes the steel corridor structure of Zhongda Yintai building complex as the actual project background,and the process flow,construction principle and operation points of three construction methods,such as integral lifting-up,assembly elements in cantilever condition and joining together at the design location,are described in detail.In the scheme design of assembly elements in cantilever condition,a new type of mobile operation platform is designed according to the characteristics of corridor truss in construction.the temporary support platform is adopted which can be quickly set up and dismantled in construction of joining together at the design location,the joints of lattice column to Coupling Beams and the pull rod is hinged and set up the horizontal pull rod to replace the traditional pull rod in vertical plane,which makes full use of the lateral stiffness of the tower.the three-dimensional model is set up step by step by using the SATWE and PMSAP finite element software of PKPM,and the whole construction process is simulated and analyzed according to the working conditions of the three construction methods.In order to make the data of the simulated analysis practical and reliable,the characteristic value of permanent load on floors and the characteristic value of live load on floors About the three kinds of construction methods are analyzed and determined according to the actual conditions.In the simulation analysis of integral lifting-up,assembly elements in cantilever condition,the tower was strengthened.By accurately simulating the stress state of each working condition about the three construction methods,the relevant data of the internal forces,stress,deflection and displacement about the related components in the construction are obtained,and the technical feasibility of the three construction methods is verified.Energy-saving,environmental protection,civilized construction,quality,Procedure connection and unobstructed process about the three construction methods are compared.The deflection,stress and displacement of the truss,the relative displacement of the tower and the additional stress of the relevant beam are also compared.According to the actual situation of the project and combing with the relevant cost quota,budget quota,market inquiry,the calculation principle of construction cost is determined.The construction cost is more in line with the actual situation by adjusting the labor cost,freight and financing interest.The comprehensive unit price of the related components about the three construction methods is analyzed objectively,and the construction cost of the three construction methods is calculated.The temporary material consumption,labor consumption,construction period and construction cost of three construction methods are compared and analyzed.According to the results of comparative analysis of technology and economy,5 important indexes,such as construction cost,construction period,maximum normal stress of truss,steel consumption of temporary components and labor consumption,are used as evaluation indexes,and a comprehensive evaluation method is put forward to evaluate the technical and economic properties of various construction methods about steel corridor structure by using the method of scoring and optimization.The analysis process is more orderly and the analysis result is more complete.
