Research On Comprehensive Environmental Renovation Plan Of Small Towns With Characteristics Of Chinese Landscape Culture In Guimen

In the past,the key of environmental transformation of the small towns in our country is bootstrapping,with the lack of planning,management and guidance.These directly led to a series of problems,such as the poor environment and the lack of characteristics.The key objective of the comprehensive improvement of the current small town environment is how to make full use of the local natural,humanistic and economic resources,to improve the current ecological and living environment,and show the characteristics of the local small towns,to realize the transformation of economic discovery and the model of small input large output."Ecological city" emphasize the harmony between human aggregation and the natural environment,which is one kind of urban development model which can effectively maintain the ecological balance between the urban society,economy and nature and so on.The key objective of "Ecological city" is to form a set of more complete and systematic content."Scenic city" is a fusion and a promotion development patterns on the basis of"Eco-city".This kind of pattern merges the Chinese landscape culture artistic conception of "The unity of heaven and man" in our country and emphasis on creating distinctive towns.Each of the two theories has its own characteristics and its own advantages and disadvantages.The comprehensive environment regulation planning of small towns should guided by the content of highlight cultural features in the "Scenic city" theory,and strengthen the characteristic content of the town.At the same time,we should fully implement the Eco-city theory in the respact of industrial transformation,construction of livability evaluation criteria and delineation of 4 areas,intensive use of land and construction of green infrastructure systems.In this way,the comprehensive improvement of environment in small towns integrates the advantages and characteristics of these two theories,and optimize the implementation of land and facilities layout.In order to guide the comprehensive planning and practical work of small towns,it can not only promote the transformation of small towns and make the town really go from the rough to the deep and the actual effect,but also the realization of the Chinese small towns personalized and the special development.This paper studies the concept,method,thought and content of the concept of environmental comprehensive improvement of landscape humanistic town,taking the environmental improvement of Guimen town of Shengzhou City as an example.The article follows the concept of health,harmony and sustainability in order to create a tourist town with the characteristics of landscape ecology and Wu culture.And combining the five aspects of industry promotion(transition),green ecological environment construction,environmental health improvement,road traffic control and the small town image improvement to grasp.In response to these five major Insufficient or imperfect points,plan and design water environment rectification,renovation of environmental sanitation facilities,roads rectification,parking lot rectification,facade reconstruction,historical and cultural protection,such as the above series of actionable items.The following conclusions are drawn from the empirical study of the practical construction action from the pure theoretical planning and conception.Under the background of current development,the comprehensive improvement plan for the environment of small towns with landscape and cultural characteristics must be guided by the concept of Eco-city and Chinese landscape culture.Update the planning epistemology,and correctly handle the complex relationship between social,economic and natural factors.from passive ecological protection to active and livable environment construction,from the economic leading development plan to the harmonious planning of the people's livelihood,from the isolation of a single small town planning to the regional cooperation and governance.In planning technology,we need to draw lessons from different disciplines and fields,follow the attributes of special planning within urban and rural planning system.Adopting research methods and means,such as qualitative and quantitative combination,multidisciplinary synthesis,combination of micro and macro and so,the paper try to improve the environment in small towns with a positive attitude and the image and characteristics of small towns and to achieve the goal of industrial transformation,green ecology and sustainable development.
