Exploration On The Landscape Space Construction Of Small Towns In Western Sichuan From The Perspective Of Environmental Cognition

The traditional Chinese civilization town in Western Sichuan is not only an important historical and cultural treasure of our country,but also a destination that many tourists choose to travel under the conditions of the booming tourism industry.The landscape space of the traditional town not only inherits the local humanities and customs,but also plays an important role in the integration of traditional landscape and modern commerce.At present,the traditional research on the landscape space of small towns in western Sichuan is limited to the fields of ancient architecture,aesthetics,tourism design,and cultural elements,and there is no comprehensive and systematic research from the level of human environmental perception.There is an interactive relationship between people and the landscape environment.Based on the research of environmental behavior,this paper focuses on knowledge points related to environmental cognition.After obtaining the general design value cognition of the town’s landscape through literature retrieval,case collection,theoretical deduction,field investigation and technical means,and from the environmental recognition From the perspective of knowledge theory,the focus is on the method of optimizing the design of emotional space in response to the problem of insufficient spatial experience among the research objects.So as to create a truly "people-oriented" small town landscape environment,and provide a new perspective for the study of small town landscape space,and improve the quality of its landscape space.There are 6 chapters in total.The first chapter is the theoretical background research.To study the cognitive theory of the environment for the importance of small town landscape space design,and detailed the research environment landscape design related cognitive level both at home and abroad were summarized,and then find out the cognitive level of landscape space experience the design problem of lack of awareness,and sum up the place overall intentions,and small town landscape image elements,and the scene design organization relations such as research contents,It also emphasizes and stimulates people’s visual perception perception to achieve deep impression through design techniques such as spatial organization of sequence,which lays the research foundation of this paper to explore the landscape space of small towns in western Sichuan from the perspective of environmental cognition.The second chapter is the theoretical study of the small town landscape space in western Sichuan.This paper summarizes the history and typical spatial characteristics of the landscape development of small towns in western Sichuan,as well as the design elements of humanistic activities and essential elements contained in the landscape space of small towns in western Sichuan,and puts forward the cognitive experience and other issues in the space in detail.The third chapter is the interpretation of the western Sichuan town landscape cognition theory from the perspective of environmental cognition.On the basis of the above two chapters,the knowledge points about environmental cognition are introduced to discuss the design focus points such as place and context,space and form in the experience and emotional landscape space of western Sichuan town.Among them,the practical application of easily perceived space design in the landscape space of small towns is mentioned.The fourth chapter is the investigation and evaluation of the basic conditions of Longmen Town.Through the comprehensive analysis of the various landscape image elements of the current design of Longmen Town,the overall perception and evaluation of its landscape space characteristics are obtained.Based on the results of these analyses,we summarize the advantages and disadvantages of the existing cognitive experience level in the current design of Longmen Town,and raise questions for the creation and optimization of the landscape space in the next chapter.The fifth chapter is the promotion of practice strategy.First of all,the combined use of various typical image elements in the space field survey data analysis of the relevant technical means,through the whole and local landscape of longmen town space research in the form of a preliminary study,predicting town each landscape space density and dynamic line layout,and based on the analysis results,with longmen town waterfront landscape space design as an example,Focusing on the spatial conception of main nodes,spatial conception of sequential landscape and the improvement of artistic conception of typical emotional space,this paper puts forward design strategies of main body composition and display level,spatial transformation of whole and part,expression of artistic conception and spatial organization of sequence.Chapter 6 is the summary of the thesis.Summarized and proposed optimization strategies for the perception of landscape image,spatial organization,and the organization of the relationship between people and space in western Sichuan small towns.The research significance of this article is to regard the small town landscape in western Sichuan as a unique and rich cultural characteristic landscape.Through the analysis of related theories,case studies,investigation and evaluation and design methods,it supplements and perfects the research field of landscape space in western Sichuan small towns.
