Rolling bearing fault diagnosis research is a hotspot in rotating machinery fault diagnosis field.The research on monitoring the running condition for rolling bearings has great realistic significance and it’s essential to the safe of the machine.This thesis proposes a design for bearing fault monitoring system based on LabVIEW.To monitor the running state of the rolling bearing,the main researches include:(1)The dissertation researched the mechanical structure of rolling bearing,the mechanism of rolling bearing fault form and diagnosis of rolling bearings have been studied.The method based on the theory of fault diagnosis of rolling bearing can be divided into: the simple diagnosis and precise diagnosis.In the precision diagnosis part,an improved adaptive multiscale mathematical morphological filtering method is proposed,and the filter effect is better than the traditional algorithm.(2)Signal pre-treatment circuit was designed to enhance the effect of extracting the impulsion fault signal,including pre-amplifier circuit,band-pass filter circuit and the absolute value circuit.This system adopts TMS320F2812 DSP chip as the core controller to control the signal pre-treatment circuit,and the signal through the RS232 bus transmission to the PC for futher processing.(3)Software system using LabVIEW software platform to achieve simple diagnosis and precise diagnosis of bearing fault diagnosis,the simple diagnosis include time domain dimensionless parameter calculation,correlation analysis and spectrum analysis;Precision diagnosis using the theory of FFT transform and Hilbert transform,the wavelet transform theory and the improved adaptive multi-scale mathematical morphology filtering theory have been used to extract the characteristics of vibration signals,finally combining the theory of rolling bearing fault diagnosis and signal analysis to determine the bearing running condition.In the end,using the rotating machinery vibration and fault simulation platform in the laboratory to test the system,the results of the experiment validates the feasibility and applicability of the system.
