Geocell is a new kind of georeinforced material with three-dimensional honeycomb structure.In the process of soft subgrade filling,the reinforced layer with certain stiffness and resistance to lateral deformation can be formed by laying geotechnical compartment and filling subgrade filling in the compartment,which can effectively improve the uneven settlement of subgrade and improve the bearing capacity of subgrade.At present,there are few researches on the bearing capacity calculation of geocell reinforced layer and the influencing factors of geosynclinal reinforced layer,so this paper focuses on these two points and finishes the following work:(1)The basic performance parameters of geocell are tested,the reinforcement mechanism is discussed,and the material performance requirements and operation specifications that should be paid attention to when geocell is used are put forward.(2)The field subgrade filling test was carried out,and the deformation modulus and rebound modulus of the reinforced layer with geosyncline reinforcement and without geosyncline reinforcement were compared.The test results show that the geosynthesis chamber plays a good role in improving the strength of the reinforced layer,and the two parameters are increased by 15% and 10% respectively.(3)The mechanism of geogrid compartment reinforcement is analyzed,and considering the assumption of winkler elastic foundation beam,the geocell compartment reinforcement layer is idealized into the elastic foundation beam model to verify the calculation formula of bearing capacity.A better fitting effect is obtained by comparing the field measured data with the calculated data derived from the theory.(4)Tthree-dimensional modeling was carried out by ABAQUS finite element analysis software,and it was verified that geocell plays a good role in reducing the deformation of roadbed.By changing the strength,height,number of laying layers and spacing of geocell,the main factors affecting the reinforcement effect of geocell were analyzed.The use of high strength lattice within the range of conditions can better improve the subgrade strength;The influence of the change of lattice height on the reinforcing effect is not obvious.The higher the number of laying layers,the better the reinforcement effect.The change of laying spacing makes the variation trend of vertical displacement and lateral displacement of roadbed different,so it is reasonable to control the laying spacing between 0.15 m and 0.5m.
