With the enhancement of people's sustainable development awareness,the traditional manufacturing industry is deeply reshaping and transforming to green,service and intelligent.Manufacturing enterprises have used various advanced information technology(cloud computing,Cyber-Physical Systems(CPS)????(IoT),simulation modeling,digital twin)to solve various problems in sustainable manufacturing.Based on the digital twin technology,this paper proposed a comprehensive evaluation method,which takes Bill of Materials(BOM)data and Energy Consumption Bill of Materials(ECBOM)data as data link and integrates the energy consumption characteristics of different elements in virtual space and physical space.This method ran through the whole life cycle of manufacturing service with data link,and effectively realized the integration of physical space elements and virtual space model.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)According to the development process of energy consumption evaluation,the evaluation process from product manufacturing energy consumption evaluation to manufacturing service energy consumption evaluation in different stages is analyzed.Then,a manufacturing service energy consumption evaluation framework was build based on digital twin.(2)Firstly,this paper summarized the characteristics of manufacturing service energy consumption evaluation method based on digital twin under the fusion of virtual and real.Then,taking physical space elements,virtual space model and data link as the main research objects,this paper analyzed the energy consumption evaluation of manufacturing services under the virtual reality interaction fusion.(3)Based on digital twin,a five-dimensional energy consumption evaluation model is constructed.An ECBOM transformation method for multi BOM views is proposed.With BOM and ECBOM as data link,the real-time feedback mechanism of physical space information upload and virtual space instruction release is designed.(4)By analyzing the EBOM,PBOM,MBOM transformation process of the machine tool's transmission mechanism and the ECBOM's production process,it is further proved that the BOM and ECBOM,as data links,provide information means for the comprehensive evaluation of energy consumption characteristics of different elements in virtual space and physical space.
