Research On Cost Control Of PC Structure Assembly Building Under EPC Mode

In the field of construction engineering,prefabricated buildings have the advantages of low pollution,good energy-saving effect and so on,which are favored by local governments.However,in the practical application process,there are also problems such as improper construction management organization,insufficient industrial production of assembly structure and high cost,which limit the healthy development of prefabricated buildings.As a way of project contracting,EPC mode can improve the management efficiency of the project,reduce the unnecessary expenses,and help to solve the problem of low efficiency of the current prefabricated construction project.By consulting the relevant literature of assembly building and EPC project general contracting mode management,this paper analyzes and studies the research results at home and abroad at present,finds out the areas that need to be improved in the development of China's assembly building and the application of EPC project general contracting mode,briefly analyzes the relevant theories of assembly building and EPC project general contracting mode,and points out the relatively traditional present situation Pouring mode and assembly building have significant advantages in standardization,industrialization and other aspects,and the specific cost of different construction stages of this kind of construction project under EPC mode is studied,and the cost difference between this kind of construction project and traditional cast-in-place building is found out,which lays a theoretical foundation for the next research point of cost control strategy.In this paper,the main process of PC structure assembly building design stage,purchase stage and construction stage under EPC mode is comprehensively summarized.The key points of cost control in each stage are described by using value engineering method,network planning technology,interpretation structure model technology.The corresponding control solutions and approaches are proposed.Finally,the paper analyzes the practical application of value engineering method,network planning technology,interpretive structure model in the cost control of each stage of the assembly construction project under EPC mode,and analyzes the corresponding effect to further verify the advantages of EPC mode in the application of PC structure assembly construction,As well as the operability and control effect of the cost control measures proposed in this paper.
