With the rapid increase in the number of major municipal projects,subways,and high-rise building construction,the number of deep foundation pit projects in China has also surged.Today,deep foundation pit projects are mostly located in densely built areas,and the distance from surrounding buildings is gradually decreasing.At the same time,the size scale is gradually expanding,and the safety problems of the buildings around the foundation pit cannot be underestimated.Due to the excavation of the deep foundation pit,cracks and tilts in the surrounding buildings have also occurred frequently,and even caused several major engineering accidents.It is necessary to consider the impact of the foundation pit construction on the surrounding buildings in advance,so as to avoid the surrounding buildings from being destroyed by the foundation pit construction,causing casualties and economic losses.In this paper,the finite difference software FLAC3D6.0 is used as a tool,relying on a large deep foundation pit project in Wuhan,three-dimensional modeling analysis of the whole of the foundation pit,soil and surrounding buildings is carried out,simulating from foundation pit construction to excavation during the excavation process to the bottom of the pit,study the influence of the deformation of the building on the excavation of the adjacent foundation pit.The main research contents and results are:(1)Understand the research results and progress of the research on the impact of deep foundation pit excavation on surrounding buildings,and organize it.Comprehensively organize the situation of the foundation pit project and its surrounding buildings that need to be studied,and understand the calculation principle of the FLAC3D software,and determines the soil constitutive model,which provides a basis for the numerical simulation research.(2)Using the FLAC3D numerical simulation software,based on the actual foundation pit project studied,a three-dimensional model of the foundation pit,soil and surrounding buildings was established,and a simulation program was designed to simulate the calculation.The settlement value and tilt value of the are the analysis indicators,and the calculated data are compared with the actual monitoring values to verify the rationality of the established model,simulation scheme and simulation results.(3)On the basis of the initial working condition model,the distribution of the number of surrounding buildings and the distance between the surrounding buildings and the foundation pit were changed(a total of 19 working conditions were set),and the influence law was studied.The shape of the"settlement trough"on the surrounding surface,the changes in the settlement value and inclination value of the building were compared and analyzed with the calculation results of various working conditions,and some relevant laws were summarized.
