With the rapid development of city construction and track traffic, the breadth and the difficulty of foundation pit engineering is moving to the development of large and deep direction gradually. Most of deep foundation pit in the city is closely connected to the building and municipal facilities, the excavation of foundation pit and foundation pit precipitation may lead to the adjacent buildings and underground pipelines and other facilities that have a sink or are damaged, if not handled properly,and even lead to engineering accident.So it is so important that the ground subsidence caused by the excavation of foundation pit is forecasted.At present, it is a fact that the study about the settlement of adjacent building caused by the deep loess foundation pit of excavation and precipitation is little under the condition of high underground water level and the other complex conditions. Taking Xi’an Metro Line4interval foundation engineering between Da and Hou as an example, it studies the problem that settlement of the adjacent buildings caused by the excavation and dewatering of foundation pit under the condition of loess strata in this paper.The mechanism of research and calculation method of settlement of adjacent buildings caused by foundation pit dewatering and excavation is summarized in the paper;Considering the two factors of adding the real additional stress in the soil and the real distribution of the water in the soil, get cohesive soil stratification summation method improved, and then using that calculated the settlement of the adjacent buildings caused by Xi’an Metro deep foundation pit dewatering between Da and Hou in loess soil and whose results compared with the actual monitoring results. The result showed that it is feasible that the settlement of the adjacent buildings caused by pit dewatering is calculated by improved cohesive soil stratification summation method put forward in this paper in northwest loess region.The settlement of surrounding buildings caused by Xi’an Metro deep foundation pit dewatering,excavation and under the coupled actionis of excavation precipitation between Da and Hou is modeled analysis by using the numerical simulation software abaqus.The result is obtained that the settlement of the simulation curves is under the condition of different elastic modulus, friction angle, cohesion, permeability coefficient,whose results are compared with the actual monitoring results, then,we analysis of the effect of the adjustment of parameters of simulation results. The research results has the reference value to similar engineering in Xi’an loess area. |
