As one of the most important accelerator technologies,alignment technology plays an important role in the performance of accelerators.Especially for the new generation of high performance accelerators,the installation error of magnets will lead to the distortion of the storage beam orbit,affect the performance of the accelerator,and even cause the beam cannot be stored.Further improving the alignment technology is of great significance to the development of the fourth-generation particle accelerators such as diffraction limit storage ring and free electron laser device.In order to build hefei advanced light source(HALF),the national Synchrotron Radiation Laboratory carries out the corresponding pre-research work,and the new alignment method and technology is one of its important contents.In order to achieve higher alignment measurement accuracy,an innovative alignment measurement method,the Reference Network of Alignment(RNA),is studied.The system integrates the advantages of different types of high-precision sensors,realizes the global control measurement of key components on the common platform and coordinate system,and aims to improve the alignment installation accuracy to the relative position accuracy better than 20 m in the 100m sliding window.The main content of this paper is to design and put forward the mechanical model of Reference Network of Alignment and its key components alignment reference plate and high precision electronic chord distance ruler.The application of Reference Network of Alignment is introduced.At the same time,the alignment reference plate of the key component of the alignment reference plate is optimized,and the random vibration analysis of the Reference Network of Alignment is carried out.According to the simulation results,the system meets the engineering requirements of the project and the effect is good.
