As an important platform for marine exploration and research,the marine scientific research vessel is the most important part of the construction of marine scientific research capacity.The scientific research vessel winch system is used for geological sampling of scientific research vessels,submarine biological trawl sampling and hanging instruments,and it is an indispensable equipment in the exploration and development of marine resources.With the increase in the working depth of the scientific research vessel,the wire is getting longer and longer,'and the capacity of the reel has exceeded 13,000 meters.The traditional scientific research vessel winch system uses steel wire,which is easily damaged if the wire weight is too large.Therefore,the synthetic fiber wire is used instead of the traditional steel wire to solve the problem of wear and breakage caused by the excessive weight of the wire.However,when lighter synthetic fiber wires are used.When the winch system is working,the unsynchronization of the wire storage winch and the traction winch will cause the wire to be too loose or too tight for a moment,Causes the wire to fail prematurely due to fatigue and wear.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a practical and practical slack wire compensator of winch system with fast compensation response to eliminate wire impact load.In this paper,the hydraulic system of slack wire compensator is taken as the research object,and conducts the following aspects of research:(1)summarizes the domestic and foreign existing scientific research vessel winch system compensation research results,combined with the current stage of marine scientific research work Status,put forward the research vessel winch system slack wire compensator and design and study its overall structure,hydraulic system and control system;(2)According to the design plan,select and calculate the mechanical components of the winch system,such as wires,pulleys,wire storage winches and hydraulic components of the slack wire compensator,such as hydraulic cylinders,accumulators,hydraulic pumps,etc.and use SolidWorks to establish the three-dimensional model of the slack wire compensator;(3)According to the calculation results of type selection,ANSYS finite element analysis method is used to check the strength of hydraulic cylinders.According to the results of finite element analysis,the size of important components of the slack wire compensator is optimized to meet the design requirements;(4)According to the calculation results,the AMESim software is used to simulate and analyze the compensation effect of the wire tension compensation system under different external forces,accumulator volume,and hydraulic pump flow.The results indicate that during the work of the scientific research vessel,in the initial wire tension range of 0-160kN,the slack wire compensator can effectively compensate the wire tension in a short period of time when the scientific research vessel wire tension suddenly increases or decreases.This paper optimizes the design of the slack wire compensator of the scientific research ship winch system and the simulation analysis of the slack wire compensator hydraulic system.According to the research results,the slack wire compensator of the scientific research vessel winch system designed in this paper meets the design requirements,it has good compensation effect and high precision.
