The Study Of Park Visitor Flow Based On PPGIS

In recent years,China's society and economy have developed rapidly,and people's lifestyles have also changed accordingly.The dual needs of body and spirit prompt people to choose to go outdoors for activities in their spare time.Park green space has become the first choice for urban residents for outdoor leisure activities.Academia's current research on urban parks focuses on spatial layout,planning and design,and ecological benefits.However,with the increasing flow of people,how park managers can effectively communicate with tourists and think about how parks can change from the perspective of users Good carrying and serving tourists and meeting the needs of tourists' activities are the issues that need to be considered at the moment.PPGIS,as a new technical concept and method,can be used as a necessary supplement to break the communication barrier between managers and users.Based on the perspective of tourists,drawing on relevant cases at home and abroad,this paper takes Hefei City Park as the research object,explores the method of applying PPGIS technology to collect information on the flow of tourists from the park,and examines its effect;With a view to providing a theoretical basis for the improvement management of the park,and providing technical guidance for optimizing the green space of the park and creating a landscape environment popular with tourists.First,the research process is designed by using PPGIS technology and methods.The investigators used smartphones to collect spatial location data of tourists in the most frequently-used venues around the city park,and interviewed tourists why they chose the venue.Then the spatial data information is correlated in the form of point data,and SPSS,Excel,and arcGIS software are used to analyze the acquired data;on this basis,the characteristics of tourists' time and space distribution in the park are sorted out to explore the factors that affect the choice of tourists in the park The site factor.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)There is a correlation between the age of visitors,activity needs,site characteristics,non-visual experience and the choice of venues by tourists.The ?values are-0.129,-0.122,0.236,and-0.152,respectively;There is no significant relationship between the gender of tourists and the choice of venues by tourists.(2)The frequency of tourist activities in various venues around the city park is different.The venues around the city park are summarized into 6 types:square,service facility area,street green space,road,waterfront area and lawn.Taking 385 tourist activity points as the tourist activity density point a=1,the total value of tourist activity density of each venue is divided into 3 levels:a?0.15,0.15>a>0.10,a?0.10,the square,service facility area,Street green space a?0.15 is a high-frequency activity space for tourists.Visitors' use and distribution of various sites around the city park are as follows:square,service facility area,street green space,road,waterfront area,lawn.(3)The activities of tourists in the park around the city are divided into 6 categories:static leisure,walking dogs,physical exercise,making friends,cultural entertainment,and watching tours.The maximum proportion of tourists making friends and exchange activities in the park is 35.06%.Visitors' activities in the city park are sorted by the following activities:friends,exchanges,walks,dog walks,cultural entertainment,physical exercise,static leisure,and watching and sightseeing.(4)According to the statistical analysis of the activities time of tourists in the ring city,we can see that the tourists have a large amount of activity in the ring city park in the afternoon,with a proportion of 44%.(5)The tourists around the city park are mainly middle-aged and elderly people,the proportion of middle-aged tourists is 46.24%,and the proportion of elderly tourists is 24.94%.The middle-aged and elderly people prefer to play card games,chess,chatting,sitting idle,walking and other low physical activities.The surrounding environment of the venue can be designed according to the needs of different tourists.(6)Due to the different site characteristics of similar venues,the frequency of use of the venue by tourists is also different.The activity density values of visitors in the various scenic spots around the city park are divided into three levels:a>0.05,0.05?a>0.02,a?0.02.It can be seen that there are a total of 19 types of space in the three categories of squares,service facilities,and street green spaces in the city park;6 of them are a>0.05,which is the high-frequency activity space for tourists;7 of 0.05?a>0.02 are the medium-frequency activity space for tourists.;6 places a?0.02 are tourists low-frequency activity space.The characteristics of the visitors'high-frequency activity space are:lush trees,good microclimate,high security,easy access,convenient transportation,and complete public service facilities.The main users of the park are tourists.The tourists'experience of us:ing the park space determines the play of the park's social benefits.PPGIS technology can accurately locate and quantify the use of the park ' s venues and existing problems,and then allow managers to target The actual situation of each site formulates the management plan and determines the priority of the solution,rationally uses the park green space resources,solves the problem more efficiently,and improves the park management level.
