With the development of China's economy and the improvement of living standards,people's demand for the comfort of living environment is higher and higher.In rural areas of China,there is a widespread phenomenon of demolishing old buildings and renovating them at will,which leads to the gradual decline of regional buildings and huge energy consumption.In order to enhance the rural residents' awareness of the protection of regional buildings,improve the living comfort and avoid the destruction of regional buildings,this paper actively explores the regional building construction system,grasps the construction experience and construction technology contained in regional buildings,and proposes appropriate energy-saving transformation measures in combination with the current mature energy-saving transformation methods and technologies.First of all,this article takes rural residences in Qingdao as the research object.Through questionnaire survey and a lot of field surveys and surveys on rural residents in Qingdao,it is concluded that the existing rural residences in Qingdao has experienced three stages of development and evolution,namely,the stone-wood structure housing mainly composed of stone,soil and wood in the 60-70's,and the brick-wood structure housing mainly composed of brick and wood in the 80-90's And 90's later brick and reinforced concrete structure housing.The regional building construction system is analyzed from three aspects: courtyard space,single building space,construction materials and technology,and the construction experience and construction characteristics of rural residences in different stages are obtained,which provides a basis for the design of energy-saving residential reconstruction.Secondly,the energysaving evaluation and analysis of the three-stage rural residences are carried out,and the energy-saving evaluation method combining prescribed indicators and performance indicators is used.The specific evaluation contents include building space,thermal performance of the external protective structure,energy consumption of the residence,etc.The typical residential buildings are selected for indoor temperature and humidity test and current energy consumption simulation,and summarized the energy-saving problems of typical residences.Thirdly,according to the typical residential energysaving evaluation results and construction characteristics,combined with relevant energy-saving technology,energy-saving transformation is carried out from four aspects of residential space,external wall,roof,external doors and windows,and energy consumption simulation and economic analysis are carried out by using DesignBuilder to select the energy-saving transformation scheme with the best energysaving effect and the highest economic benefit.Finally,in order to adapt to the different economic income level of households,reasonable combination of individual energysaving retrofitting measures,three energy-saving retrofitting schemes with different reforming costs are proposed for selection.Through research and demonstration results,on the premise of comprehensive consideration of the characteristics of regional construction,existing energy-saving technologies,rural residents' income levels,etc.,the most suitable energy-saving transformation plan is selected.It provides scientific guidance and assistance for the protection and energy-saving renovation of buildings in Qingdao,and also provides a reference for the energy-saving reconstruction design of rural residences in cold regions of China.
