Research On Interlock Test Of Signal Equipment Overhaul

In the whole life cycle interlocking management of signal equipment,the interlocking test of signal equipment overhaul is the first and the most critical step to ensure the safety of signal equipment,train transportation and operation organization.Because the interlocking test of signal equipment overhaul is not complete,the hidden danger of interlocking safety is left on site,which leads to railway traffic accidents still exist.Therefore,the research on the interlocking test of signal equipment overhaul has a strong practical significance.This paper mainly carries out the following work: first,through literature review,effectively sort out the technical management situation in the field of Railway Telecommunications in China,and understand the basic situation of the industry;second,through the accumulation of on-site interlocking test work,the summary of interlocking test in the signal equipment overhaul of Datong Telecommunications depot,and the guidance of teachers,a certain number of representative interlocking tests are collected Typical cases;the third is to sort out the interlocking test cases and analyze the causes of the problems,and divide the safety risk scope of the signal equipment overhaul interlocking test into nine categories;fourth,in order to effectively avoid the risk and improve the quality of the interlocking test,the author repeatedly solicited the opinions of the interlocking professional management personnel,and formed the suggestions for the signal equipment overhaul interlocking test.The main research results of this paper are as follows: firstly,through the classification and analysis of safety risks,we have formed 11 suggestions on the interlocking test of signal equipment overhaul;secondly,through comprehensive analysis,we have drawn three conclusions on the preparation,personnel and summary of the importance of signal equipment overhaul interlocking test.This paper starts from the field practice,the research content,summary and suggestions have certain practical value for improving the interlocking test of signal equipment overhaul.
