In today's construction industry,construction production management is a series of problems in which a lot of resources are wasted and production efficiency is not high.In the whole process of a project construction,there are many links.In each different link,the design,construction and construction work are entrusted to different units for completion.In these links,there are links.In the next construction unit,it is necessary to undertake the next work of the previous construction unit.Under such circumstances,there are many problems of uneven resource allocation and construction progress rate.Therefore,this article takes high-rise residential engineering projects as the research object,combined with lean construction cost management under the EPC model for research,so that such a way can become a continuous pursuit of perfect performance,comprehensively meet the needs of customers,and become the provincial capital.Unique and difficult to imitate brand services.This article is mainly to provide directions for the lean construction practice of high-rise residential buildings within the scope of the Engineering Bureau.The main text is divided into five chapters,divided into four parts:The first part is mainly about the problems existing in the construction industry today.According to the problems faced by traditional projects,the advantages of EPC projects are proposed,and then based on the problems faced by EPC projects,the advantages of lean thinking are proposed to make the feasibility of combining the two.On the basis of providing literature support to put forward the main line of this article.The second part is mainly about the cost management of EPC projects,and introduces some contents of EPC general contracting mode,cost management and lean thinking.Then put forward the content of EPC general contract project lean cost management in the design,procurement,construction process.Lean construction is to apply the essence of lean thinking to the construction field of engineering projects,as well as EPC general contract project cost management ideas,for the case analysis provided Theoretical basis.The third part takes Wuhan as an example to analyze the high-rise residential project,points out the status quo in the production management of high-rise residential project at this stage,and then points out the necessity of implementing lean construction cost management of EPC mode.The fourth part is combined with the third part to analyze the status quo in the study and make suggestions and expectations,and to analyze the three stages in the EPCmodel.Finally,the full text is summarized,and the outlook for the next action.
