Under the background of advocating sustainable development,people gradually realize the importance of energy conservation and emission reduction.The marine exhaust turbo-generator set is put forward in this social environment,and now it has been widely used in new ships.Based on the literature materials such as the ship's manual,this paper conducted a comprehensive and in-depth study on the marine exhaust turbo-generator set,and adopted the method of mechanism modeling to carry out mathematical modeling of the marine exhaust turbo-generator set.The established system model was programmed after verification,and finally applied to the DMS2019 turbine simulator.First of all,by reference to actual ship data,this paper introduced the basic structure of the exhaust gas turbine generating set completely,and its basic principle were expounded in detail,mainly introduced gas turbine,governor system with control valve and local control unit as the core,the working principle of synchronous generator and exciter part.Then,on the basis of theoretical research,the mathematical models of exhaust gas turbine,valve control speed regulating system,synchronous generator,exciter and static load are established in this paper,and the feed-forward PID control strategy for exhaust gas turbine speed regulating system is proposed.MATLAB/Simulink software is used to establish the simulation model of each system and integrate it into the overall model of exhaust turbine generator set.The results show that the dynamic characteristic curves of synchronous generator terminal voltage and rotation speed obtained by the system model under the condition of sudden load addition and sudden load reduction conform to the provisions of the Rules for Classification of Sea-going Steel Ships,which can prove the correctness of the mathematical model established in this paper.Finally,the structure framework of DMS2019 is taken as the main framework,supported by the simulation software SUPERSIMS which developed by our Marine dynamic simulation laboratory,with reference to the parameters of an actual ship's exhaust gas turbine generator set,the verified correct model is programmed in the VC++software environment,and the system model simulation control interface based on C language is developed.In the SUPERSIMS simulation software,real-time communication between the interactive interface and the system simulation model is completed,and developed a test simulator,so as to achieve the goal of simulation application of exhaust gas turbine generator set.As a subsystem of DMS2019 turbine simulator,the exhaust gas turbine generator set simulation system will better meet the task requirements of the engine simulator in terms of training and examination.
