Floating nuclear power plant is a prospective high-end engineering equipment combining nuclear power and marine engineering,which has unique advantages and broad application prospects.In order to realize the power,energy and fresh water supply functions of floating nuclear power plants,it is imperative to give full play to the advantages and ensure their safety in the ocean.Once nuclear accidents occurs in the ocean,it will cause significant economic losses and casualties.The nuclear power industry is characterized by zero tolerance for nuclear accidents.It is necessary to analyze and prevent accidents before it occur,or at least before it lead to irreparable failures or loss of life.However,the existing accident analysis methods are not aimed at floating nuclear power plants.The traditional nuclear power plant accident analysis only considers the failure of a single system or component,and does not consider the coupling between the system and the operator and the environment.Therefore,finding a nuclear accident analysis method suitable for floating nuclear power plants is an urgent problem.This paper proposes to analyze the cause of nuclear accidents in floating nuclear power plants from the perspective of social technology systems.The main work completed are as follows:(1)It analysis the internal and external core causes of nuclear accidents at floating nuclear power plant.It studies the objective laws of nuclear accident evolution from the perspective of social technology systems.(2)According to the coupling effect between the causal factors,a nuclear accident causation analysis model including external social influence layer and internal technology control influence layer is established,which provides a structural basis for the quantitative analysis of Bayesian network.(3)Using the constructed cause analysis model of nuclear accidents at floating nuclear power plants,taking SBLOCA as an example to analyze the factors that may affect the deterioration of the accident in the process of dealing with SBLOCA.And through the use of Bayesian network quantitative analyze each causal factor,it will result in the most likely influencing factors and the causative chain of the accident.
