Study On The Positive Design Application Of BIM Technology In New Rural Planning

With the accelerating urbanization process,the lack of rural employment conditions,backward infrastructure,poor living environment and living conditions,and many other causes of rural land,capital and talent to the city of one-way transfer,lead to the rural "bleeding",are increasingly serious hollowing out trend.With the continuous implementation of the construction of new socialist countryside,the planning of new countryside is proceeding intensively,and the disadvantages of the traditional planning model of new countryside are becoming increasingly prominent.The impact of the emergence of new technology on the traditional design method has been revealed.The "digital twin" feature of BIM technology can realize the integration of the professional design of village buildings,roads,greening and infrastructure into the same parametric model,so that the new rural planning can get rid of the constraint of the traditional design model,and the design results can be more scientific,systematic and practical,giving villagers more sense of gain and higher happiness index.Through a large number of literature review,it is found that there are few researches on the positive design application of BIM technology in the new rural planning.Therefore,this topic takes this as a starting point to discuss the new rural planning based on BIM technology and carry out more in-depth and systematic research.This paper studies the villages with unreasonable age structure distribution caused by slow economic development,disordered management of homestead,uncomfortability of residential space,unsound infrastructure and harsh ecological environment,etc.,all of which need to be planned for new countryside.Single buildings in rural areas are small in size and moderate in scale,but they involve miscellaneous professional contents.It is easier to achieve the effect of getting twice the result with half the effort by using BIM technology in the positive design of new rural planning.This paper attempts to explore the positive design value of BIM technology in the new rural planning by studying the application of BIM technology in the overall planning of Hujiazhuang village.Firstly,through background and theoretical analysis,the research puts forward the application tactics of BIM technology in the new rural planning,providing a theoretical guide for the later practical application research.Secondly,the values and characteristics of the historical evolution,cultural environment,architectural characteristics,landscape greening,infrastructure and other aspects of Hujiazhuang village are analyzed by means of field investigation and questionnaire survey,and the positioning and scheme analysis of the overall planning of the village is carried out on a macro level by means of the visualization of BIM technology.On this basis,the design is carried out on a micro level.Thirdly,at the micro level,the planning of new countryside is divided into two parts: public space and infrastructure design and residential building design.The application of BIM technology in the overall planning of Hujiazhuang village is mainly developed from the application of BIM technology in the design of road traffic system,landscape greening system and infrastructure system.This paper expounds the coordinated application of BIM technology in various specialties,which reflects the systematic advantage of the application of BIM technology in the new rural planning.The application of BIM technology in the design of new residential buildings in Hujiazhuang village is mainly carried out from three parts,namely building modeling,architectural details processing,layout of building ancillary facilities and architectural performance analysis.The application of BIM technology in parametric building model building and architectural performance optimization is introduced in detail,which reflects the fine,high-quality and efficient advantages of BIM technology in new rural planning.Through the analysis of the application of BIM technology in each design link of Hujiazhuang village planning,the advantages of applying BIM technology in the new rural planning are discussed with examples.The research results of this paper will help rural revitalization and socialist new rural construction,and promote the application and popularization of BIM technology.
