Shaoxian sluice project is located in Jiangdu District of Yangzhou city.It is a very important part of the project of Jiangdu key water conservancy project.It plays an important role in shipping,water diversion,flood control and drainage.After more than ten years of operation,there are some problems in the gate,which need to be repaired and reinforced to improve its working performance.In order to further grasp the working state of the gate,this paper studies the settlement deformation law of the gate and makes a comprehensive analysis of its working state.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Collect and sort out the measured settlement data of Shaoxian sluice,use regression analysis method to calculate and analyze the settlement values over the years,find the settlement laws of the upper and lower sluice heads of Shaoxian sluice,compare the measured settlement values with the fitted values,find the settlement anomaly of the sluice,and analyze the reasons for the anomaly.(2)Firstly,the relevant theory of finite element is introduced,then three-dimensional finite element model is created for the upper and lower gate heads of Shaoxian Sleeve by using finite element software ABAQUS,and settlement value is calculated by using finite element model.Finally,the calculated value of finite element model is compared with the measured value.It is found that the distribution law of measured value and calculated value is basically the same,and the difference between them is small.It is clear that the settlement value calculated by the finite element method is accurate and reliable,and other hydraulic structures concerned can use the relevant finite element software to calculate the settlement displacement value.(3)In order to scientifically and reasonably evaluate the working behavior of Shaoxian sluice,this paper firstly establishes a complete evaluating index system of working behavior,then calculates the evaluating index by subjective and objective weighting method,and carries out weight fusion calculation by ideal point method.Finally,it evaluates and calculates the sluice by means of fuzzy comprehensive evaluating model,which is verified by safety of actual project.The comparison of the conclusions shows that the model is accurate and reliable.
