As an important mechanical product,tractor plays an increasingly important role in agricultural production.In the past,the design of tractors was based on experience and analogy,which left a large safety margin,resulting in waste of resources and environmental pollution.A large number of redundant designs exist in the design of tractors,especially in the field of casting.In the design of the tractor,a key indicator of material utilization is the specific dry mass,that is,the ratio of the tractor's structure mass to the calibration power of the engine power.At present,there is still a big gap between the specific dry mass of the tractors made in China and the advanced products of foreign countries.In recent years,the tractor industry has gradually adopted new materials,new technology,Parts of the same volume can bear larger loads,which provides technical support for the improvement of the carrying capacity of the tractor chassis.Under the pull of the national subsidy policy,each enterprise has increased the matching engine power of the tractor chassis.Finally,the best matching between engine power and chassis is realized,which is beneficial to improving material utilization rate and reducing pollution of tractor.This article selects a commonly used transmission system,the three-dimensional models of clutch housing,gearbox,gear and bearing are drawn,nine operating conditions that are common to tractors are defined.Then,using Hypermesh software,the force of gearbox and clutch shell under various working conditions is analyzed.For the weak parts,the strength can be improved by changing materials and shapes,so that the strength of the shell can meet the design requirements.The whole transmission system was modeled in KISSsys to analyze the bearing strength and life of the gear,shaft and bearing.And through optimizing the structure,using new materials,new technology and other methods,the load capacity of the transmission system has been improved.Through above methods,the matching power of the original transmission system was upgraded from 30 horsepower to 40 horsepower on the basis of not increasing the weight of the transmission system.By improving the bearing capacity of the chassis,the input power of the power system is increased,the material utilization rate is improved,and the structural specific quality of the whole tractor is reduced.In terms of the actual use effect,the performance indexes of the optimized tractor meet the design requirements,and the use effect after the sale is better.
